Joe Wicks has revealed plans to expand the family after his wife Rosie gives birth.

The fitness coach, 38, who is expecting his fourth child, says he would love to have more children in the future and gave a hint about the baby’s name.

Joe and Rosie, 33, who is expected to give birth around June, are proud parents to daughter Indie, five, son Mayley, four, and daughter Leni, 18 months – but have previously expressed they want as many as six children.

‘I’ve always visualised having a big family. I love the chaos. I don’t like quiet,’ Joe told The Netmums Podcast.

‘It is stressful and they annoy me a lot but I love them so much. I love being around them, it’s wonderful to see my personality and DNA rubbing off on them a little bit, I love that I’m raising kind humans.’

When asked how Rosie’s pregnancy was going, Joe said: ‘She is one of those people who doesn’t suffer too much when she’s pregnant, luckily.

‘I said to her is this the last time because if it is we’ve got to enjoy it because it could be your last one but she said “no way, I’d love another one”. I think she is just quite maternal. We visualise having a big family.

‘But after this one we will definitely have to have a little break. We’ve got a five-year-old, a four-year-old and a one-year-old and another one on the way, so we will need a little break before we have another one.’

Joe asked his Instagram followers to give suggestions for names and gave a clue about what he would like to name their child.

‘I like the names that end in the ‘e’ sound so Marley, Indie, Leni. I like Poppy, Daisy, those sort of names. There are loads of ideas coming out.

Elsewhere in the interview, Joe spoke about how his tough childhood shaped how he is as a parent.

The nation’s PE teacher discussed his own ‘chaotic’ childhood which saw his mother Raquela leaving him in the care of his heroin addict father Gary when he was 12 years old in order to get help for her OCD.

He said: ‘ I grew up in a very chaotic home. My mum had extreme OCD. I’m talking she had to deep clean the house three or four times a day, I couldn’t leave my shoes anywhere, I had to iron my bedsheets, I had to fold everything away.

‘I don’t mind a bit of mess and chaos around the house. I think its part of being a kid, I’ve let that go.

‘If you scratch something or if they write on the carpet, or draw on the sofa, I just don’t care, I’ve let that go.

‘I was shouted at as a kid so much, doors where slammed, it was a very aggressive, confrontational shouty house, a very verbally abusive shouty house. So I try my best to have a breath, have a moment and react differently.’

Joe said he would punch walls as a teenager and slam doors.

‘I don’t want my kids to be like that, I want to be a better role model. I always think, can I ask my child for a cuddle rather than screaming in their face when they are having a tantrum?’, he said.
