This Morning fans have praised Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard on their third day of presenting the ITV daytime show.
Cat, 47, and Ben, 49, made their hosting debut on Monday, after bagging the main presenting gig following the departure of Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
The duo have already proved a hit with the ratings, with their debut drawing an average viewership of 806,000 – among the show’s highest ratings of 2024 so far.
And viewers seem to be similarly impressed, with many praising the pair as being ‘much more refreshing’.
Cat has also won compliments for her outfits, opting for a trendier and more casual wardrobe compared to her predecessor Holly, who preferred pencil skirts and smart blouses.

Wednesday’s show saw Cat put her best fashion foot forward, as she showed off her incredible legs in black shorts and an electric blue shirt.
The look garnered much attention on social media, with one fan commenting: ‘Cat Deeley has got the legs’.
Another gushed: ‘I may be developing a crush on Cat Deeley’ while a third tweeted: ‘@catdeeley is absolutely stunning!’
Other viewers declared that Cat and Ben’s partnership was just what This Morning needed, insisting it was the best since Holly and Phillip left the show, leaving a revolving door of presenters in their wake.
One person wrote: ‘Caught a little bit of Cat and Ben hosting #thismorning and what a breath of fresh air they are.’
A second echoed: ‘I like Ben and Cat… Much more refreshing…’ while another added: ‘Loving @catdeeley and @benshephard’.
A fourth declared: ‘By far THE best matched presenters since Holly and Phil departed’ while another tweeted: ‘Cat Deeley’s a natural for This Morning, I’ll give her that – much more so than who she replaced!’
And someone else added: ‘Early days but I’m really enjoying @catdeeley and @benshephard on @thismorning as the show definitely needed a shake up. I think they come across as very welcoming to guest and friendly, no more having to switch over’.

Cat’s relatable look might be in some way attributed to her using the This Morning resident stylist, instead of recruiting her own.
Holly was rarely without trusted personal stylist Dannii Whiteman while preparing for her daily appearances on the show and often favoured her guidance ahead of its backstage staff.
Conversely, Cat has become friends with This Morning’s underused styling team and her outfits to date – a cream tweed dress on Monday and casual jeans and a cardigan on Tuesday – have been a hit.
Cat and Ben’s success was proved on Monday, as their debut pulled in a peak of over one million viewers – 200,000 more than the show had previously been getting.
In January this year, the show had a peak of 888,000 viewers and in February, 942,000.
And on Monday March 4, a week before the relaunch, a peak of just 837,000 people tuned in.
Phillip announced his departure from the show in May 2023 after his romance with a younger male colleague was made public.
Shortly after ITV bosses were reportedly forced to ‘act fast’ after ratings plummeted to an average of 726,000.

By contrast, the pair pulled in an average of 1.3 million viewers in 2022 and 1.4 million in 2021.
In October last year Holly also announced she was quitting the show after 14 years after a man was charged in relation to an alleged plot to kidnap and murder her.
Since their departures, Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary have regularly stepped in, and will continue to present the show on Fridays.
And other guest presenters have included Josie Gibson, Rylan Clark, Emma Willis, Rochelle Humes, Craig Doyle, and Steve Jones.
