Margot Robbie’s stylist has been slammed for dressing the Australian star in an ‘unflattering’ outfit at the 2024 Oscars.

The Australian actress, 33, raised eyebrows by ditching her trademark Barbie pink in favour of a shimmery back Versace gown with a sloped neckline and unusual draping at the hips.

For accessories, Margot wore a two-toned gold cuff and matching ring by Fred Leighton.

Critics have rushed to social media to express their disappointment with Margot’s look, branding her outfit as underwhelming and uncomplimentary to her curvy physique.

‘She should have owned the carpet. This is… not even renting,’ one user lamented, as another added: ‘Such a boring look. Come on.’

‘So disappointed! I was expecting EPIC,’ they added.

Others took aim at Margot’s hair, which was left out and styled with a slight bed-head texture.
