Caitlyn Jenner Weeps for Friend Sophia Hutchins’ Tragic Death

Caitlyn Jenner couldn’t contain her emotion on Thursday as she opened up about the loss of her dear friend Sophia Hutchins.

During her appearance on Fox News At Night, the 75-year-old Olympic gold medallist was reduced to tears while admitting how her grief had overwhelmed her after Hutchins’ tragic death on July 2.

‘Recently my good friend Sophia passed away in a tragic accident,’ a visibly emotional Caitlyn said. ‘But for the last seven weeks, I’ve been dealing with death, and it’s so difficult.’

She shared the personal confession as a preface to speaking about the shooting on Wednesday at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which claimed the lives of two children.

‘Here I am dealing with my grief, and I just can’t even imagine parents who dropped their kid off at school and, like that father just said, “I’ll never get a chance to talk to him again.” That is just so horrible,’ Jenner said.

‘I’ve been dealing with grief, and these people have a long road ahead of them, and they’re going to be dealing with grief.’
