Make-up artist Lucia Pica painted white brushstrokes all over the 32-year-old pop star’s slim 5ft5in figure to mimic the French fashion house’s 1989 Bianchetto technique on the $3,160 ‘5AC Loved to Death’ bag and matching $1,690 Tabi boots.
Miley (born Destiny) also flaunted her ample assets in a sheer white feathered frock and black Mary Jane Tabi heels for the painterly portraits shot by photographer Paolo Roversi.
‘The nudes by Paolo are so iconic and signature to his art,’ Cyrus said in a statement.
‘Standing naked for a fashion campaign felt major, all I wore was body paint and the signature painted Tabi boots. In that moment, Margiela and I became one.’
The three-time Grammy winner also teased the idea of nudity by wearing a nude leotard for several of the striking shots.

‘Without Hannah, there really wouldn’t be this kind of… this me. It’s so crazy to think, too, that I started as a character that I thought was going to be impossible to shed.
