The 29-year-old singer and his 27-year-old wife Hailey were spotted arriving at Allegiant Stadium for the big game on Sunday.
There were reports last week that Usher was in talks with Bieber to join him on stage, some 16 years after he signed the teen prodigy to a record deal.
Bieber was spotted arriving at the stadium, rocking a brown dress shirt with crescent shapes under a black leather coat.
He also rocked a backwards balck basball cap and black sunglasses with the bearded singer completed his look with blue jeans and brown shoes.
