The former child star looked better than ever in a black off-the-shoulder outfit with her fiery red hair down and a cherry red glossy lip.
The star was celebrating her 26h birthday.
’26 years + 4 days old ❤️,’ she wrote in her caption as Sarah Hyland hit the like button.
This comes two years after she moving out of Los Angeles following the end of her hit TV show Modern Family.

In November she opened up about some of her mental health struggles and how she is dealing with them with the help of medication.
The actress, who tested her survival skills on Star on Mars, shared her journey on the Broad Ideas podcast with Rachel Bilson and Olivia Allen.
The star was talking about getting medication for one of her dogs who suffers from anxiety when she admitted, ‘I’m on a bunch of medication as well.’
Olivia told her, ‘I love that you just came out with it and are open and honest about that… same.’
The straight shooting SAG nominated actress said to her hosts, ‘Why am I gonna be out here, like, pretending like I don’t need something?’
‘Like, why am I gonna be out here pretending that I can live my life just fine without it when, like, I can’t. And, like, so many people I know can’t either.’
The Star Trek: Lower Decks actress said she started therapy when she was 15, and started medication a year later.
The Tripped Up star said ‘it was a really hard journey to find the right ones. It took a really long time.’
The young actress explained she was on a medication in high school that made her feel better, but it caused a 20-30 pound weight gain.
‘Nothing I could do would get it off,’ she said.
After high school she decided to look for another medication that might make her feel better than ‘okay.’
‘It was never about the weight. I’d much rather feel okay than, like, you know, feel extremely skinny.’
Ariel said finding new meds that worked for her was ‘a hard go,’ the result was, ‘I found a couple, for me, that work great together.’
She was uncomfortable about taking more than one medication, ‘but, overtime, I was like, “whatever, I feel better.’

Ariel revealed when she was in high school, she found a medication that made her feel ‘okay,’ but it caused a 30 pound weight gain. She lost the weight after switching to other medications which made her feel better
‘It is what it is. What, if I have to take a couple together to be the best version of me, that’s fine.’
The actress has been attending two hours of therapy a week since she turned 21.
‘I’d much rather take the time and heal now,’ she said, ‘rather than wait.’
The mental health advocated admitted she knew therapy was a luxury and some people can’t afford it, but encouraged listeners to ‘take that time’ for themselves to heal.
