The blonde beauty, 33, took to Instagram on Friday to announce her engagement to a woman.
The celebrity stylist, showed off her wife-to-be Noelle Nikkhah on her stories with a picture of the two of them, which she captioned: ‘Yes’ followed by a church emoji, ring emoji and champagne glasses emoji.
Phoebe wore dark glasses and smiled as her partner wrapped her arm around her neck and planted a kiss on her cheek.

She then reposted an image of the two of them holding a huge bouquet of flowers and kissing in the street.
Her friend Issy Brunner – a picture editor for Porter Magazine whose image it was – had captioned it ‘Our girls are getting married’ followed by a ring and church emoji.
She drew an array of red hearts around the two women for an added touch to the celebrations.

She was previously romantically linked to FOALS drummer Jack Bevanin and dated former Made In Chelsea star Alex Mytton, but the two split before she joined the reality show.

The stylist who worked on Tatler’s fashion desk during her time on the E4 show, has a roster of celebrity clients include Anne-Marie, Zara Larsson and PinkPantheress among others, according to her website bio.
Speaking to MailOnline 10 years ago about her plans for the future, she said: ‘I like being freelance because it gives me freedom and I really enjoy brand and creative direction. I’d love my own line, that would be the dream.’
Talking about her personal style, she added: ‘My dress sense is weird. I dress how I feel and I love wearing pieces that no one else has.
‘I think clothes are a really good talking point and can be an ice breaker. When I was younger, I was such a cyber goth. My mother wouldn’t let me dye my hair.’
