Sophie Monk freaked out her fans on Tuesday when she revealed the very surprising way she eats a cucumber.
The TV presenter, 44, shared a cheeky video to Instagram capturing some of the New Year’s Resolutions she hoped to achieve in 2024, including healthier eating.
The hilarious clip captured some of the healthy living goals Sophie unsuccessfully tried to achieve during the first week of the year.
In the clip, Monk was seen holding a huge cucumber and then biting straight into it, instead of chopping it into slices.
Sophie’s husband Joshua Gross was heard in the background telling her, ‘You can’t eat it like that’ to which she responded: ‘What do you mean? I am.’

She then joked her healthy living goals would now have to wait until ‘next year’.
Many of Sophie’s followers found her food faux pas hilarious and quickly took to the comments section.
‘We are totally eating cucumbers like this from now on,’ one wrote, as a second person added: ‘Haha the cucumber. Not showing that one to hubby.’

In October, Sophie revealed why she turned her back on Hollywood when she was on the verge of breaking through to a big screen career.
The former Bardot band member says that Tinseltown’s casting couch culture was partly to blame.
‘You would be doing meetings and you’d be like, “Is this a date or a reading?”‘ she told Stellar Magazine.

‘And then you’d have someone who has a crush on you, and they won’t put you in a movie because they want to keep you where you are so they can date you.’
After giving up on Hollywood and moving back to Australia in 2015, Sophie has had a successful career as a TV host, presenting Beauty and the Geek and Love Island for Channel Nine.
Before returning home, Sophie notched up some impressive credits, starring in Date Movie in 2006 alongside Alyson Hannigan and Jennifer Coolidge.
She also appeared in the Adam Sandler comedy Click and the TV series Entourage and is set to star alongside American rapper Vanilla Ice later this year, in the tongue-in-cheek horror movie Zombie Plane.
