The model and actress, 31, sported a ghastly black cape and headband as she was joined by her co-star Annabelle Dexter-Jones.
Cara and Annabelle looked terrifying in feathered horn hats, while donning long lace-collared gowns for an exciting upcoming scene.
Annabelle, 37, appeared to be in great spirts as she was pictured with a huge grin on her face while roaming the streets during filming.
Ahead of Ryan Murphy’s second series, which is set to release later this year, Cara and Annabelle were spotted for the first time filming for the upcoming season.

Kim Kardashian – who appeared in Part 1 – was also recently seen holding an American Horror Story script to prepare for the next series.
Cara, Kim and Annabelle are among the newcomers who joined series mainstays Emma Roberts, Denis O’Hare, Dominic Burgess, Billie Lourd, and Leslie Grossman.
Matt Czuchry, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Julie White, and Maaz Ali also joined the recent duo.
The season was based on Danielle Valentine’s book Delicate Condition and was created by Ryan and Brad Falchuk for cable network FX.
The novel will be centreed on an actress who struggles to achieve a balance between her rising public profile and her arduous IVF journey.
At the same time, the character begins to suspect that a malevolent force is keeping her from successfully becoming pregnant.
According to Screen Rant, the book has been described as the ‘feminist update to Rosemary’s Baby.’
The 12th season is split into two parts with the second half premiering some time in 2024.

Some American Horror Story fans weren’t impressed with Kim’s delivery as they took to social media to express their distaste.
Ryan recently spoke to The Hollywood Reporter and expressed that the reality television powerhouse would fill a ‘fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role’ in the new season.
The producer also expressed that the new run of episodes would be ‘ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.’
Delevingne was first spotted while filming scenes for the new season this past April.
American Horror Story: Delicate’s release date has not been revealed as of yet.
