Wild theories are again circulating that the 39-year-old model was blacklisted from the prestigious Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2014 after reportedly criticising the Shake It Off singer.
The resurfaced drama has sent social media into a frenzy this week after screenshots of comments on Instagram reignited speculation.
‘Or the show organisers just blacklisted her for publicly talking down their show?’ one user wrote, while another claimed, ‘Actually, it’s a rule in VS. Like, if a model talks bad or doesn’t interact with the artist on the stage, they get banned.’
Others weighed in with more pointed takes, calling the decision to remove Hart ‘totalitarian.’
‘You don’t diss someone your employer hired to perform, no matter who it is. That’s common sense,’ said one user, while another questioned the ethics of such punishment: ‘This is what happens in totalitarian regimes, are you aware of that?’

The bizarre rift between the Aussie beauty and American pop powerhouse began in 2013, after Hart was asked to comment on Swift’s debut VS performance.
While she tried to remain diplomatic, Jessica’s words seemingly ruffled feathers.
‘I think she’s great… But, I don’t know, to me, she didn’t fit,’ she said at the time.
By 2014, Taylor was invited to return as a performer, while Hart was noticeably absent from the runway.
According to a source quoted by the NY Daily News at the time: ‘It’s not been announced that Jessica is not walking, but it was a direct request from Taylor that this be the case if she were to go.’
Taylor’s return to the show that year saw her perform in front of millions alongside close friend and fellow model Karlie Kloss – while Hart was quietly absent.
The years that followed saw no signs of reconciliation between the two stars.
In 2018, Jessica reignited the feud by posing in a cheeky pink jumper that read: ‘Four letter bad word, Taylor Swift.’
Fans instantly recognised the dig, with some lashing out at the Sports Illustrated beauty online.

Hart’s supporters defended her right to speak out, especially given how her career appeared to plummet in the years following the controversy.
Hart, who was once a household name known for her signature gap-toothed smile, quietly retreated from the limelight and the VS runway altogether following the drama.
Now a mother-of-two and founder of her beauty brand, LUMABeauty, Jess seems unbothered by the past.
As for Taylor? The 14-time Grammy winner is currently dominating global charts after wrapping her record-breaking Eras Tour and has long remained tight-lipped about the alleged feud.
Swift, Hart and Victoria’s Secret have been approached for comment.
