T.I. and Tiny Harris Face Allegations of Sexual Assault in 2005 Lawsuit

A woman has filed a lawsuit against T.I. and his wife Tiny Harris, accusing them of drugging and sexually assaulting her back in 2005.

The woman claimed she received a drink from Tiny at a club before ending up at a hotel room with the couple, where Tiny grinded her and T.I. penetrated her vaginally with his toe despite her telling him ‘no’, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

At the time of the alleged assault, the plaintiff – who filed the lawsuit under ‘Jane Doe’ – says she was a member of the U.S. Air Force and had been stationed in Los Angeles. She is suing the couple for sexual battery, assault, negligence and false imprisonment.

Tiny, 48, and T.I., 43, denied the allegations in a statement provided to the outlet, and claimed they had been denying the accusations for the past three years. The allegations are similar to ones the couple faced in 2021 by a member of the military, however it is unknown if the new lawsuit is the same incident. Ultimately, no charges were brought against the couple as the incident had fallen outside of the 10-year statue of limitations.

‘On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years,’ the couple said in their statement to TMZ. ‘For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.’

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for the couple for comment.

In the lawsuit, the woman claims she attended a party at rapper Coolio’s home with a friend, where they met a person claiming to work for T.I. and Tiny named ‘Caviar.’

While T.I. and Tiny were not present at the party, Caviar informed the plaintiff the couple would be at a nightclub in Los Angeles the following night.

She allegedly met the couple at the VIP section of the club the next evening. The plaintiff claims she got herself two Amaretto sours before allegedly receiving another drink from Tiny.

The plaintiff claims she did not see Tiny drink the beverage. Jane Doe ended up sharing the drink with her friend.

Later, once T.I. was ready to leave, he allegedly asked the plaintiff to catch a ride with himself and Tiny. Her friend ended up leaving with Caviar, who said they were all heading to the same destination.

Two other women ended up joining the accuser and the couple in an SUV. The plaintiff did not know who the other women were, and they all headed to a hotel room.

Eventually, the other two women were allegedly booted out by Tiny after one of them got too flirty with T.I., leaving the plaintiff alone with Tiny and T.I.

The accuser was taken into the bathroom by Tiny, who allegedly removed her clothes and the plaintiff’s clothing. T.I., now naked, met them in the bathroom and they entered the shower together.

The plaintiff then began to feel lightheaded and incredibly dizzy after the shower. She laid down on the bed at T.I.’s instructions, the documents claim.

T.I. began watching porn and allegedly demanded the plaintiff give him a rub down using massage oil he had given her.

They were later joined by Tiny, whom the plaintiff claims pinned her down on her stomach. The plaintiff claims a naked Tiny proceeded to rub and grind her body against the plaintiff’s.

During this time, the plaintiff claims T.I. used his toe to penetrate her vagina. She claims she told T.I. ‘no’ and attempted to push him away from her.

The accuser claimed T.I. then got up and informed her he was grabbing a condom. She ended up going to the bathroom to throw up.

The plaintiff alleges T.I. laughed at her in a mocking manner and said, ‘Are you alright? Looks like you in last place.’

The accuser claims she passed out and was awoken the next morning by a security guard. She alleges her ‘vagina was in serious pain’ (itching and burning), however she was asked to leave by the security guard.

She claims she was escorted out by the security guard as Tiny and T.I. slept in bed.

Billboard reports that the lawsuit states, ‘Plaintiff did not consent to any of the sexual assault or misconduct and did not have the capacity to consent after being drugged by defendants.’

While the incident allegedly occurred in 2005, the woman decided to file now because of California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which allows alleged victims of sexual assault to file lawsuits even if the statute of limitations has expired.

T.I. and Tiny’s lawyer has told TMZ: ‘Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit.’

The couple have previously denied allegations of sexual assault leveled against them.

In January 2021, T.I addressed the ‘egregious allegations’ in an Instagram video captioned ‘No weapon formed against us shall prosper. We vehemently deny ALL these disgusting, anonymous allegations.’

He suggested that he and his wife had consensual sex with other people within their relationship but that no one was ever forced to do anything they did not want to.

‘Whatever we have done, has been done with consensual adults who into what we into and like what we like,’ he said in the video. ‘If we want something, we know exactly where to go and get it.’

‘We ain’t never force nobody, we ain’t never drug nobody against they will, we ain’t never held anybody against they will, we ain’t never made anybody do anything, we ain’t never trafficked anything- well, sexually trafficking,’ the rapper added. ‘Ain’t never raped nobody, never raped nobody.’
