Michelle explained: ‘I flew the helicopter! We were filming the scene of going over the forest and that was actually in the right time.
‘It was me, the pilot, and the cameraman behind. We had to get all the shots done because we would never get the chance again.
‘And I remember taking off and it was a glass-bottomed helicopter and I literally looked down and you could see the floor. It was awful!’
But Tilly clearly found the concept frightening, accidentally letting out the swear word live on air.
Looking horrified at the stunt, she said: ‘Ah f***, oh I feel a bit sick.’
Fans of the show were quick to pick up on the unfortunate mishap, with some even demanding bosses to issue an apology.
One fan wrote on social media: ‘Pretty sure Tillie dropped the F-bomb there. Mind you I’m with her, I hate heights too.
‘The glass bottom Heli would scare the hell out of me.’

A second was more irate, taking to X, formerly Twitter, to post: ‘Did one of the guest just use the f*** word? They need to apologise.’
A third said: ‘Poor Tillie, immediately embarrassed when she realised what she had said.’
A fourth added: ‘Waiting for the obligatory #TheOneShow apology. What an F-bomb there.’
Tillie recently appeared on the Christmas episode of Strictly Come Dancing, where she was partnered with pro Neil Jones and danced the jive.
Despite missing out on the Glitterball Trophy to Jamie Borthwick and Nancy Xu, Tillie still put on an epic performance as she competed against the likes of Danny Cipriani and Sally Nugent.
Her partner Neil was so impressed by her moves that he struggled to believe she had no dance experience.

He said: ‘Tillie has been brilliant. At the beginning I thought she was a dancer. When she told me she wasn’t, I didn’t believe her, and then I realised when we started she really didn’t have any experience.
‘But she picks everything up really quick, and she has her own way and style of dancing which is great.’
She revealed that while the dance competition is a ‘staple’ within her household as her mother is a dancer, she has never danced professionally before.
Tillie explained: ‘When I was seven, maybe six, I did one dancing competition, because my mum was a dancer, and I did the competition, but then she asked me if I wanted to horse ride, so I took that instead as I didn’t do too well…so I’m going to say no!’
On whether she thought she was a naturally good dancer, she added: ‘No. Nothing in life has ever come easy to me, that’s acting, presenting. Anything I do in life I have to work hard for.’
Tillie said she signed up for the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special to prove that you can ‘do anything you put your mind to’ (pictured with her professional dance partner Neil Jones)
