EastEnders star Danny Walters has teased there is more explosive content to come after his character Keanu Taylor was killed off in the explosive Christmas Day episode.
The BBC soap made history in an episode back in February when they teased a flash forward, but kept the identities of the corpse and the killer a huge secret.
And the wait was finally over for viewers on Sunday as the Christmas Day murder victim and killer were revealed in shocking scenes, with a very unexpected twist eventually revealing Keanu was the true victim.
However, there’s more shocking scenes to come, as Danny confessed: ‘I’m a small part of the bigger puzzle, but hopefully my piece of this puzzle has made an impact.
The Christmas Day episode came to an explosive end as Denise Fox (Diane Parish) was seen hitting Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) over the head with a bottle in The Queen Vic as she tried to defend his wife Suki (Balvinder Sopal) from his abuse, with Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) declaring Nish had died from the blow.

Keanu then stormed into the pub and upon seeing Nish’s body, became embroiled in a fight with Sharon after their wedding was called off when his attempted kidnap of her son Albie was revealed.
In a very unexpected twist, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) then grabbed a knife and stabbed Keanu in the back in a bid to save Sharon’s life, with Suki being seen reviving her abusive husband Nish in the final moments of the episode.
Speaking about having to keep the explosive a reveal for months, Danny confessed: ‘It’s been extremely difficult!
‘I feel like I’ve been very deceitful to my friends and my family and have made many excuses!
‘But I wanted the storyline to have as much impact as possible for the audience, so I’ve tried my best to keep everything a secret and hopefully that’s paid off.’
Danny also revealed he’d taken a keepsake from set to remind him of Keanu, confessing: ‘I’ve taken his greasy mechanic Taylors Autos overalls!’
While viewers learnt the identities of The Six potential murderers in February, it wasn’t until December that the BBC soap finally confirmed the seven potential candidates for the body ahead of the big day.
It was revealed to be Nish, Keanu, Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo), Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), and Tom ‘Rocky’ Cotton (Brian Conley).

During Tuesday’s episode, the six ladies were seen in the Queen Vic as they wrapped Keanu’s body up in a tarpaulin and heavy duty tape before lugging him off to be buried under the floorboards of the burned out café.
They carried Keanu’s body out the front door of the pub, much to the astonishment of viewers, who were convinced someone would have seen them from elsewhere on Albert Square.
Moments before they disposed of Keanu’s body, a drunken Rocky was seen stumbling across the square before heading to the pub where he thought there was a lock in.
He knocked on the back door before having a word with Linda who quickly sent him on his way but the scene left some soap fans convinced the moment meant he was being lined up to take the blame for the murder.
Meanwhile, many viewers found it unbelievable the women were able to carry Keanu’s dead body out of the pub and into the square without there being any witnesses.
EastEnders continues on Wednesday at 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
