Sir Elton John was spotted sitting with Ed Sheeran and his two sons Zachary, eight, and Elijah, six, to watch Watford take on Ipswich Town on Tuesday.
The singer, 76, has long held a deep devotion to Watford FC, having become the club’s chairman in 1976 and taken on the title of Honorary Life President.
And in support of his beloved team, Sir Elton showed his face unannounced along with his two children.
The trio were joined by a much-loved friend Ed, 32, as they sat on the back row altogether to watch the Sky Bet Championship match at Vicarage Road.
But despite the teams special guest watching on in the distance, Watford lost 1-2 to Ipswich Town.

Sir Elton was spotted without his trademark selection of glasses that he without doubt wears at any given event.
However, the Yellow Brick Road singer ditched his iconic accessory to get a clearer view of the match.
Elton cut a casual figure in a black jacket detailing huge ‘NY’ initialling on each side of the garment.
His two children sported festive Christmas jumpers, while donning the football teams scarfs.
Ed, Sir Elton and his children looked happy and relaxed as they enjoyed a boys’ night out braving the cold to watch the match.
After the match, Ed went inside to speak to Ipswich Town’s manager Kieran McKenna on film.
The duo shared a cuddle in front of the camera crew and couldn’t wipe the smile off their faces – in joy of their team winning.

Elton recently praised the decision to rename a road after his iconic 1973 album as he visited it for the first time since the change.
The street runs along the side of Watford Football Club’s stadium, Vicarage Road, and was originally called Occupation Road.
However, a group of fans, The 1881 Movement, petitioned the council to rename the road in homage to Sir Elton, 76, and it was finally made official last month.
The street has been changed to Yellow Brick Road, as a nod to Sir Elton’s iconic album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, and his recent Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour
New yellow signs have been put up to mark the official name change, with the singer proudly visiting this week.

Elton recently praised the decision to rename a road after his iconic 1973 album as he visited it for the first time since the change
Speaking about the renamed road, he gushed: ‘Using Yellow Brick Road is a really fantastic, clever way for supporters to have played their part in recognising a time when I was here pretty much every day – on this amazing journey with Graham Taylor [former Watford manager].
‘Along with the stand being named after me here at Vicarage Road, I feel very specially treated. And, even coming back here on a non-matchday, there’s still a buzz for me because this is where I fell in love with football and my club.
‘As I’ve said many times before, Watford Football Club has done more for me in my lifetime than I ever did for it.’
