Social media star Kurt Coleman quit alcohol two years ago.
And on Monday, the 26-year-old shared jaw-dropping before and after photos to Instagram, capturing his stunning body transformation since going sober.
The before picture showed a shirtless Kurt looking heavy and out of shape, with the influencer sporting a grim facial expression.
Fast forward two years and the shirtless after snap showcased a now transformed Kurt, with toned abs, muscular biceps and a determined look on his face.
The Queensland native captioned the photos with some reflective words: ‘Wow, working out is like getting surgery without going under the knife.’

‘It’s like photoshopping yourself prettier each day that goes by. I’m so proud.’
Many of Coleman’s celebrity friend were quick to congratulate him on his incredible health progress.
‘You look that good,’ gushed Married At First Sight’s Hayley Vernon and others quickly agreed.

Kurt has been sober for over two years after being hospitalised after drinking a single glass of wine that lead doctors to discover he has pancreatitis.
Since then the social media star has worked on his health and said he’s the ‘happiest’ he has ever been.
‘So many people laughed at me when I obviously lost who I was and was just really lost for a while,’ he wrote on Facebook back in February.
‘Especially the comments on this photo on the left – over 500 of them where everyone was making fun of how I looked. I didn’t think it was funny at the time.’
He admitted he agrees he didn’t ‘look like himself’, but he said he ended up ‘getting sick not long after that’.
Kurt – who now shares regular photos of his body, which he describes as his ‘temple’ – said he is now the ‘most me I have ever felt’.
