Helena Sauzier has revealed she is expecting her first baby with her gold medal-winning Olympian husband, Tom Slingsby.
The Bachelor Australia star, 28, who is having a baby boy, revealed her post-pregnancy contraception plan in an Instagram Stories post on Tuesday.
‘Withdrawal method (super keen on this but freaking out it won’t work),’ she started her notes post.
The withdrawal method, also called coitus interruptus, occurs when the penis is removed from the vagina during sex, and ejaculation then occurs outside the vagina in at attempt to prevent pregnancy.
The method is considered very unreliable and is only around 78 per cent effective.
