Olivia Rodrigo was comforted by her parents as they stepped out for dinner in Los Angeles over the weekend amid her split from Louis Partridge.
The 22-year-old songstress – who recently celebrated the new year with friends not long after the breakup – was seen exiting a restaurant with her mother and father while heading to their next destination.
Late last month in December, it was revealed that both Rodrigo and Partridge had gone their separate ways following over two years of dating.
During the nighttime excursion, the Driver’s License performer was stylishly casual in a black minidress which was paired with black loafers and white socks.
She carried a black purse over her shoulder and allowed her dark locks to flow down in light waves.
The former Disney channel star opted to not add flashy pieces of accessories to her look for the evening.

Late last month in December, it was revealed that both Rodrigo and Partridge had gone their separate ways following over two years of dating; seen in November 2025 in L.A.
Rodrigo was first linked to Partridge back in October 2023 when they were seen spending time together in London.
A couple months later, the House Of Guinness actor supported the singer as she took to the stage at Z100’s Jingle Ball. That same month, they both attended an SNL afterparty following her performance on the sketch comedy series.
And after a concert during her GUTS tour in 2024 – Partridge was spotted embracing the music artist backstage in Chicago.
The two stars would go on to attend a number of events together amid their romance and also shared rare tributes to each other on social media.
Last year in February, the former couple made an appearance at the Grammy Awards – with the pair cozying up as they sat next to each other.
They attended the Vanity Fair Oscars bash the next month and shared a sweet kiss at Wimbledon later that summer.
Rodrigo and Partridge were also seen at the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremony in Los Angeles late last year in November.
A few months before the split news came to light, the actor had gushed about his relationship with the songstress while talking to Esquire UK.

‘I just have no doubt that we’re both in a relationship for the right reason, for example. I’m sure that’s something you have to think about when you reach a certain level of success,’ he told the outlet in an article published in September 2025.
‘It’s nice to know that we can go to things together, and it’s not the maddest thing in the world that you’re sitting opposite who knows what. You’ve got a friend in those times.’
He also commented on their Wimbledon attendance in stylish looks and their PDA moment in the stands.
‘I was not aware that was going to be a thing. I did see a lot of photos from that, it felt quite public. Olivia and I choose, or have been choosing, to not be so public,’ he explained.
‘Obviously, it has been quite a big summer for her with Glastonbury, but there’s a sanctity to being private.’
But then last month in December, it was revealed that the pair reportedly had ended their relationship a few weeks earlier at the time.
That same month, Rodrigo had been spotted in tears while attending Lily Allen’s Christmas bash in London as she opened up to friends of the split.
A source told The Sun, ‘They made such a lovely couple so people who know them were shocked when they heard.

‘It’s not been the easiest few weeks for them and they decided it’s better to be apart for now.’
The insider added, ‘Olivia was at Lily’s party and emotional when she was talking about it. Her friends have rallied around her but it’s just been pretty rough. It’s really sad right now.’
Daily Mail had reached out to Rodrigo and Partridge’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back at the time.
However, the singer has been moving on from the breakup and recently jumped to her Instagram page to celebrate the fifth anniversary of her hit track Driver’s License.
The song is found on her 2021 album Sour – which garnered her a Grammy win for Best Pop Vocal Album.
She shared throwback moments of her time creating the track and penned to her fans in the caption: ‘happy 5 years of drivers license!!! looking back at these pics I feel like I look like a baby but it also feels like just yesterday lol.
‘This song has totally changed my life in ways I still can’t totally wrap my head around.’
Rodrigo added, ‘I’m forever grateful for this magical chapter and I can’t wait to scream red lights stop signs with u guys at every concert I play for the rest of my life! happy birthday DL.’

Along with Sour, the star also dropped her second studio LP Guts in 2023 – which also raked in two Grammy nominations.
Last year, Rodrigo announced that a new album is currently in the works and is vastly different from her previous LPs.
‘It feels so different,’ she told Elle. ‘Just by virtue of, I guess I’m a little older now and I feel like I have more experience.’
She explained that she learned a lot from touring and being on stage, adding that it ‘taught me a lot about who I am and what kind of music I want to make and what music I want to play for people. I’m taking all those lessons into the studio with me.’
