Samantha Armytage has had quite the glow-up in recent months and looks set to keep glowing in 2026.
The Golden Bachelor host, 49, cut a very svelte figure when she was spotted enjoying some exercise in Sydney on Friday.
Samantha was out and about in the harbourside suburb of Rose Bay, taking her silver bicycle, complete with basket, out for a ride.
She looked chuffed to be getting some fresh air, beaming as she took a break from pedalling.
Samantha wore a lime green T-shirt that featured a graphic of a bull wearing an American flag.
She matched the casual top with a pair of figure-hugging, three-quarter length leggings that fit snugly over her lithe legs.

Finishing her casual ensemble, Samantha wore a pair of white New Balance sneakers and a blue Australian Open cap.
Tying her flaxen locks back and going makeup-free for the outing, Samantha accessorised with a pair of classic Ray-Ban sunglasses.Â
While Samantha looked positively youthful, her well-worn bike featured a rusty patina on its silver frame.        Â
The outing comes after Samantha revealed she had entered her ‘influencer era’.
The television host cheekily asked fast food giant KFC for a lifetime supply of their delicious fried chicken after promoting the brand on Instagram.
Samantha garnered the attention of the brand after donning a KFC cardboard bucket as a hat while attending the cricket – a fun Aussie tradition that many take part in during the match.
She shared a selfie in which she was drinking a beer and wearing the bucket on Instagram, alongside a cheeky caption.
‘What can I say… I am nothing if not a woman of the people,’ she wrote, adding ‘not sponsored but should be. And no – I’m not dating The Colonel.’

KFC’s official account noticed the post, replying to her comment: ‘Queen of the buckethead’.
Samantha then shared a screenshot of the exchange on Instagram Stories, adding the caption: ‘Surely this deserves free KFC for life?’ while tagging the brand.
The Today show star then displayed her loyalty once more by sharing a second image in which she had the bucket on her head.
She also added another cheeky caption that read, ‘Never forget’ while once again tagging KFC.
After returning to screens as host of Nine’s The Golden Bachelor in 2025, Samantha also recently made her highly anticipated return to Today, after a series of guest stints over the past year.
The one-time ‘queen’ of brekkie TV was on the couch for the festive season while regular hosts Karl Stefanovic and Sarah Abo departed for a lengthy Christmas break.Â
Samantha, who rose to fame thanks to her high-profile gig as host of Sunrise, sent shockwaves through the industry when she announced she was leaving the top-rating brekkie show and the network in 2021.
After jumping ship to Nine in 2024, there was much speculation she would replace Sarah Abo.Â
Samantha brushed off the suggestion, telling 2GB’s Ben Fordham in October that her hosting stint on The Golden Bachelor was her focus.
