Megan McKenna shared hilarious snaps from her very boisterous reality TV past and joked she’s ‘matured a lot since 2016’ as she jumped on the viral throwback photo trend on Wednesday.

Many celebrities have been posting old snaps as the trend for sharing images from a decade ago has swept the internet.

Megan shared a series of images from her chaotic appearances on various shows such as Celebrity Big Brother, Ex On The Beach and TOWIE.

She penned in the caption: ‘Well I can safely say I’ve matured a lot since 2016.

‘Pahahahahahha Took me 10 hard years to find my peace, pure love & my team of real ones. #2016trend.’

She looked wildly different with her tanned skin, big blowouts and heavy makeup – a far cry from her more natural look now.

Since finding TV fame Megan has had a complete transformation and rebrand – writing cookbooks, becoming a mother and working in the country music scene.

Megan shares son Landon, 15 months, with her footballer husband Oliver Burke who she wed last year. 

She tied the knot with Oliver, 28, in a romantic ceremony, saying ‘I do’ in front of their loved ones at Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire. 

Previously sharing a compilation of highlights from the special day Oliver looked emotional as he shed a few tears while waiting for his bride-to-be at the end of the aisle. 

She looked elegant as she donned a bespoke flowing white gown from Maison Peter Langner.

Her gown featured a voluminous pleated skirt, a sweeping train, and a structured corset bodice with exposed boning, embellished with hand-embroidered macramé lace roses.

Meanwhile the Scottish pro footballer looked incredibly dapper in a black tuxedo as he held his son Landon, who looked adorable in a matching black suit, in his arms. 

Megan and Oliver gave a glimpse of the lavish venue, which features beautifully landscaped grounds, a suite adorned with a decadent chandelier, and a champagne and cocktail bar. 

The couple shared a passionate kiss in front of their friends and family after exchanging their vows before they were showered in confetti. 

For the wedding reception, Megan slipped into a gorgeous white couture gown, complete with elegant sleeves and pearl accessories. 

The beauty looked on cloud nine as she shared a romantic first dance with her husband. 

The couple then shared another passionate kiss as they cut their jaw-dropping seven-tier cake in front of their wedding party.

No expense was spared for the lavish reception, as the happy couple went all out on decorations, the band, and dancers, partying their way late into the evening. 

Alongside the sweet clip, Megan wrote: ‘Forever & ever and always. 07/06/25 A real life fairytale. @tynegate_films.’ 

The couple, who welcomed their first child Landon in October 2024, had a joint hen and stag do at the end of last May.

Last March Megan admitted her ‘lowest moments’ played out on TV as she reflected on how much her life has changed now she is in her ‘mum era’. 

Confessing that she feels she is a completely different person now, Megan spoke candidly about her more argumentative and messy moments on the show. 

She told The Sun: ‘I do feel like a completely different person now. And sometimes I look back on footage of myself and think, ‘Was I OK?”

Admitting that she was ‘mouthy’ and that large quantities of alcohol often had a role to play she added: ‘Back then, I was naive, I was young, and unfortunately some of my lowest moments were played out on camera.’
