The Golden Globe Awards kicked off Hollywood’s illustrious awards season on Sunday night.
And while A-listers mingled, partied and flirted, there was one young star whose affections for a certain lady were a tad out of place.
Gossip site DeuxMoi shared a blind item after the awards show that described how an unnamed ‘young Hollywood A-lister’ took an interest in his friend’s wife.
‘I watched him get very flirty with one of the brunette women in the group, pretty sure she was his friend’s wife (she definitely had a ring on),’ the tipster spilled.
‘Lots of leaning in, inside jokes, touching her arm not exactly subtle. Let’s just say her husband/friend noticed and did not take it well.’
The interaction was followed by ‘awkward energy and a quick exit’ the anonymous source claims.

It comes after news that some A-List stars were not impressed by the hours-long ceremony.
The likes of Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard slipped out of the Beverly Hilton before the show ended.
Actor and comedian Keegan-Michael Key was also spotted making his way out before the final awards were handed out.
Viewers online also slammed the Golden Globes as ‘cringe’ and a ‘disappointment.’
Numerous Hollywood A-listers’ less-than-proper behaviour overshadowed Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards ceremony.
Sean Penn landed in the award show’s bad books after the Oscar-winner reportedly lit up a cigarette inside the hotel, which is against the rules of the smoke-free venue.
A Vanity Fair live blog chronicling the event indicated that the two-time Academy Award winner, 65, brushed off the venue’s policy to quell his nicotine craving at the event.

Seyfried, who was nominated for her work in The Testament of Ann Lee, was seen grimacing with a pained expression before standing up to clap for Byrne.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence made a rare award show appearance with husband Cooke Maroney at the Golden Globes at the Beverly Hilton on Sunday night.
