The sports presenter, 39, and the singer, 34, looked cosy as they finally posed for photographs together at the glitzy event at The MAINE Mayfair.
Their rare joint appearance comes after weeks of them attending the same events, but they have chosen to pose separately as they have kept things low-key.
For the night, Alex cut a sophisticated figure in a fitted white blazer-style dress, which she teamed with a pair of black pointed heels.
Jess showed off her trendy sense of style in an oversized black suit with satin lapels, which she styled with a white shirt and a satin bow tie, worn unfastened.

It comes after Alex and Jess recently confirmed their romance earlier this month as they were seen sharing a passionate kiss.
The couple were seen packing on the PDA as they had a steamy smooch while strolling through central London together.
Jess was seen walking with her arm wrapped around Alex’s shoulders and the pair appeared to be in jovial spirits as they smiled and laughed together.
They then stopped to share a kiss and a sweet hug before going their separate ways near Great Portland Street Station.
They had previously sparked romance speculation by attending many of the same events and spending time together in the weeks before.
Last month, they both attended the Haunted House of Friends Halloween party presented by Casamigos Tequila in London.
While they chose to pose separately at the bash, they headed home in a taxi together with friends.

Onlookers spotted the rumoured couple arriving at the event in the same car but they made a conscious effort to exit the vehicle separately.
Previously, it was reported that the pair were in a secret relationship with each other for the past few months.
On Jess and Alex’s relationship, a friend told The Sun: ‘Alex and Jess have been a slow burn and they didn’t want to rush things or go public too soon.
‘But they’re officially an item now and seem really happy. They are both strong, independent women with a shared passion and respect of their respective careers, supporting one another from the sidelines.
‘It’s still early days for them, but they’ve met one another’s mates and everyone is super happy for them.’
