Paris Hilton shared insight into how her best friend Britney Spears was faring on Friday night as fans continue to express concern about the Toxic singer’s health.
The former Simple Life star attended the WWD Style Awards in Santa Monica, California where she exclusively told Daily Mail how Spears was doing and whether she had spoken to her.
‘She’s doing good,’ Hilton smilingly replied. ‘She’s doing really good.’
Hilton was dressed to the nines in an animal print dress with sheer black top. Her light blonde hair was caught up in a high ponytail, a look complimented by sparkling diamond earrings.
The socialite has spoken highly of Spears over the years and consistently shown support despite Spears’ own family speaking out about her devastating spiral.
Hilton has praised Spears for her strength and provided updates about their lunch and dinner dates in Malibu.

But Spears’ behavior has caused fans to express their concern through social media.
They’ve been alarmed by the singer’s erratic dancing with knives, sloppy videos showing crumpled clothes and litter strewn around her house, cryptic posts about her sons, and public outings where she appeared disheveled and drove irregularly.
Last October, the Oops!… I Did it Again songstress was seen swerving her car into the wrong lane after a night out at upscale Thousand Oaks eatery Red-O, as seen in disturbing footage and photos.
Onlookers described Spears’ top slipping off her shoulders as she knocked over glasses and dropped items across the restaurant floor.
After reportedly ordering a quesadilla from the ‘happy hour’ menu, Spears – who was wearing flip-flops – then raised a glass in a bizarre toast to the entire restaurant, before appearing to struggle with her footing as a female friend held her hand and guided her outside.
There, and despite protestations from several people, including her companion and restaurant staff, Spears got behind the wheel of her black BMW.
Not long after that worrying incident, video showed Spears leaving a wine bar in Los Angeles looking disheveled and with a champagne flute in her hand.

Spears then revealed that the pair also reunited as Hilton helped celebrate the performer’s birthday on December 2.

Hilton later jumped to her Instagram stories to share a screenshot of the post and added the text, ‘@britneyspears We love you forever sis.’
