Madonna, 67, flashes the flesh in nude lingerie as fans can’t believe how young she looks

Madonna seemed to go back to the 1990s in a new ad campaign for Dolce & Gabbana’s fragrance called The One.

The 67-year-old Rebel Heart singer was seen in a video and photos that recalled her racy 1990 Justify My Love music video where she had black lingerie for a romantic encounter in a hotel room.

For Dolce & Gabbana, the global icon was seen in nude-toned lingerie complete with a bra, underwear, thigh highs and a garter belt.

And the Michigan native seemed much younger than her years as she was wrinkle free with her flaxen hair worn down.

Fans were shocked at her appearance: ‘Wow, she looks half her age,’ said one while another remarked, ‘She doesn’t seem to age.’

In the ad, she romances both a swarthy older man and a younger boy in a love triangle set-up. She is even seen sketching the young man when he is nude before making out with the older man.

The One campaign film was shot by Mert Alas.

‘Domenico and Stefano are like brothers to me. We have such a long history together,’ Madonna shared with Vogue.

‘Doing this campaign felt like a natural extension of our personal and professional relationship,’ Madonna adds.

And they go far back.

‘I remember I had just given birth to Lola, [and] the first time I put on one of their dresses: my waist was snatched, my boobs were out, and I felt confident.’

‘The three of us are attracted to the idea of pushing boundaries and challenging social norms,’ she continued.

‘I get butterflies in my stomach when I see her!’ he said.

‘It’s so fun and sexy, and makes me want to know what smells like,’ Gabbana said  of the campaign. ‘Yes, it’s a fragrance, but this is a real part of the history of Dolce & Gabbana and Madonna.’

On Instagram the brand shared: ‘Every gaze becomes captivating. Every emotion turns into pure intensity. The new #DGTheOne campaign starring @madonna, captured by @mertalas. Creative Direction by Mert Alas.’

In 2023 Madonna admitted that she had plastic surgery after looking puffy at the Grammy Awards.

‘Look how cute i am now that swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol,’ she wrote along with a photo of her kicking back in ripped jeans and a ‘Spiritually Hungry’ hat.

She didn’t reveal exactly what kind of procedure she had or when she went under the knife.

This comes after Madonna said she was contacted by her late mother. She said her mom reached out to her from ‘the other side’ when she was in a coma.

The Material Girl hitmaker – who was just five years old when her mom, whose name was also Madonna, died of cancer – was unconscious for four days after contracting a serious bacterial infection in 2023 and she claimed her late relative appeared to her and urged her to ‘come with’ her but Madonna wasn’t ready to die.

Speaking to Jay Shetty on his On Purpose podcast, she said: ‘I was almost there on the other side, and I had a conscious moment. My mother appeared to me, and she said, “Do you want to come with me?” And I said, “No.”

‘My assistant was in the room with me, but I was still unconscious, but she heard me say, “No.” And then when I did eventually wake up, I realized that the “No” was about me needing to forgive and make good with people that I still held grudges against.’

The singer admitted one of her ‘biggest enemies’ was her brother Christopher Ciccone – whom she fell out over work-related issues before their feud deepened when he released his 2008 best-selling book Life With My Sister Madonna. She admitted it was ‘hard’ to overcome her resentment towards him.

She said: ‘It’s important to find a way to forgive even people that you perceive as your biggest enemies.

‘For a really long time, it was my brother, who died recently, because I think the hardest ones are the people that you feel like you’re the closest to … the people that hurt you the most are the people you love the most.

‘If someone you love deeply betrays you, and does something that shows that they have no consciousness in that moment that they made that choice to do that, it’s a bitter pill for me to swallow.’

But Madonna was grateful they repaired their rift before Christopher died of pancreatic cancer last year.

She added: ‘For my brother, I didn’t speak to him for three years. Years and years. And it was him being ill and reaching out to me and saying, “I need your help” that means having that moment, like, “Am I gonna help my enemy?” And I just did.

‘It was such a load off my back, such a weight that was removed, baggage that was put down to finally be able to be in a room with him and holding his hand, even if he was dying, saying, “I love you and I forgive you.” That was really important.’
