Miles Teller’s wife Keleigh shares bittersweet look at renovations they made to their LA home just weeks before it was destroyed in the wildfires

Miles Teller’s wife Keleigh has revealed the renovations they had made to their Los Angeles home, just weeks before it burned down in the wildfires.

The couple were devastated when their $7.5 million property was reduced to rubble by the fires last year, with Keleigh also sharing that her beloved wedding dress had also been lost in the tragedy.

Keleigh has now shared a string of snaps and videos showcasing the extensive work she and Miles had done to their home, as they marked the one-year anniversary of the fires.

Many stars including Mandy Moore, Paris Hilton and Julia Louis-Dreyfus had marked a year since the fires, having themselves lost their homes due to the blazes.

Keleigh showcased the work that had been done by interior design company Pierce & Ward, writing in the caption: ‘We had so much fun designing this. Today feels fitting as it’s been a year since the LA fires. My heart is with everyone also dealing with grief.’

In the living room, the couple showcased a tan sofa with sage green and forest green pillows, which matched both the staircase and pale green paneling on a nearby wall.

Vintage-style green and white wallpaper also adorned the property, while the walls were also covered with pictures of Miles and Keleigh from their wedding day.

The themes of sage green and white continue into another room where an elegant black piano takes centre stage, alongside a cork coffee table with books and a vast of hydrangeas in view.

The couple’s home bar also featured a tribute to the late NBA star Kobe Bryant in the form of a framed jersey, with the room boasting a mid-century feel with forest green walls and coordinating barstools.

In another leisure space, a room with a pool table was covered with quirky memorabilia, while the dressing room was painted a pale pink with an illuminated mirror.

After their home and possessions was destroyed, Miles had surprised his wife Keleigh during the festive season by having her wedding dress remade.

Posting a video of the surprise on Instagram, Keleigh said: ‘Miles had my wedding dress remade after I lost it in the fires.’

The model said she was so moved by the gesture that she ‘almost passed out’ and ‘had to sit.’

She gave a shoutout to the gown’s designer, adding, ‘Thank you @moniquelhuillier.’

This past January the Top Gun actor and his wife were among dozens of A-list celebrities who evacuated their homes when flames swept across Los Angeles.

The couple bought the 6,600 square foot Cape Cod-style home, located between the Palisades Bluffs and Palisades Village, in April 2023.

They paid $7.5 million for the abode, which was constructed in 2015 and had three stories with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

‘My wife and I, like a lot of us in the Pacific Palisades, lost our home in the fires and my heart breaks for everyone who has been affected across the city.

‘Truly my heart goes out to all you guys,’ Miles said on stage at the FireAid benefit concert in Inglewood, California weeks after the inferno.

The fundraising event was held to help aid victims of the devastating fires.

Keleigh shared a heartbreaking social media post about losing their home just days after the deadly fires began on January 7 amid strong Santa Ana winds.

She uploaded the final photo of their house while evacuating and wrote online, ‘Snapped this driving out.’

To everyone reaching out I can’t thank you enough, your kind hearts have meant the world, I’ll never forget them.

‘Community has come out stronger than I could imagine, Pacific Palisades I love you beyond measure. You are a little slice of heaven. We will come back stronger than ever,’ she added.
