Love Island Australia favourite BEGS ex-boyfriend to buy her Chanel bag in wild video: ‘How much is a quarter of a million?’

Love Island Australia winners Yana Marks and Kye Lambert entered the villa as exes before getting back together.

And now Yana is making the most of her reconciliation with her on-again, off-again boyfriend – by begging him for a Chanel bag.

Yana, 21, and Kye, 22, appeared in a TikTok video this week in which Yana held up the black, quilted designer purse and insisted Kye buy it for her.

The price tag on the bag is a cool $3500 – and Yana shamelessly begged Kye to lay down the cash to get it for her.

Kye agreed – but only if the video got ‘a quarter of a million likes’ from the couple’s loyal fans.

‘Wait, how much is a quarter of a million?’ Yana asked, to which Kye informed her: ‘250,000.’

So far the reality star is out of luck as the clip has garnered just shy of 85,000 likes from viewers.

The pair earlier admitted they were uncertain of the potential for rekindling their romance when they encountered one another on Love Island Australia.

Speaking candidly after taking out the 2025 crown, they told Daily Mail they were forced to confront issues they had spent years running from.

‘I think when Lacey left we were like, “oh, maybe we could see if we could run it back”,’ Yana admitted.

‘At the start it was a bit of a safety net because we knew each other so well. It was comforting. And then slowly it just grew from there.’

Despite facing numerous challenges, Kye and Yana learned valuable lessons about communication within the confines of the villa.

‘You had to have those conversations and face the problems,’ Yana said.

She said she was initially shocked over Kye’s bombshell entrance into the villa.

‘Knowing Kye, I definitely did not expect him to come into the villa,’ Yana admitted.

‘He’s not that kind of guy. He’s never been into the social media thing. So, to see him walk in after everything we’d been through, I was in shock.’

Despite their rocky history, Love Island forced the pair to face conversations they had previously avoided in the real world.

‘On the outside, we would just block each other and avoid the conversations that needed to happen,’ Yana explained.

‘In the villa, you don’t get that option. You’re stuck together. You have to talk it out. That’s why we were finally able to resolve things.’

Kye said the biggest turning point came during the hotel stay, when he realised what he had lost.

‘That was when I knew what I wanted and what I’d lost,’ he said.

‘It made me realise that I did want Yana back. Trying to win her back was definitely the hardest part.’

Now out of the villa, the pair are stronger than ever and have barely spent a moment apart since filming wrapped.
