Eady said in legal docs that she is fine to keep the vehicle she owns, while Cunningham would keep his.

The estranged pair, who wed in 2020, did not have any children.

Eady previously declared her intent to move forward in her personal life in an emotional post on Instagram on December 31, which she subsequently deleted.

Eady wrote at the time, ‘I’m posting this on the last day of 365 to remove this facade of faking like this marriage is going to work.’

Eady added, ‘Everybody can’t come into the next chapter. I’m done hurting and I want to be happy in my next chapter.

‘Cheers to 2026 of putting my happiness first.’

Eady made clear that while the couple didn’t appear to be on good terms, she wanted to set the record straight with her narrative.

‘And for the record as much as I can’t stand him, we are not going to create a false narrative that I’m walking away because of any fake made up rumors,’ Eady said.

In an extended statement Eady posted to social media, she explained more behind the major life change amid the new year.

‘I can be chill, fun, easy to get along with …I can vibe with anybody,’ Eady said. ‘I’m self-aware enough to know I’m a good woman. I’m kind, I’m genuine, I’m understanding, and I always try to lead with love.’

Eady said that the way she was being treated factored Into the decision behind the split.

‘The second I feel disrespected, everything in me shifts. My peace goes out the window, my patience disappears, and that soft version of me turns sharp real quick.

‘But that’s exactly why disrespect hits so deep … because I know how much grace l give before I ever lose it. When I snap, it’s never random, it’s a reaction. What you put in is what you get out of me.’

Eady said she was chalking up the marriage as a life experience

‘I’m learning,’ she said. ‘Learning not to let people pull me out of character. Learning that not everyone deserves a response.

‘Learning that peace is better than proving a point. Because growth isn’t about never being triggered… it’s about recognizing what triggers you and protecting yourself before you get there.

She advised her followers, ‘Know your triggers. Guard your peace. Stay away from the people, places, and situations that force you to become someone you’ve worked too hard to outgrow.’
