The fruits of a lifelong commitment to health and fitness were well in evidence as Jennifer Aniston posed for a new promotional shoot on Wednesday.
The former Friends star, a self-confessed gym fanatic, showed off a set of well sculpted abs while promoting Pvolve, the low-impact training regime she credits for maintaining her incredible physique.
Aniston, 56, partnered with Pvolve in 2023 after discovering the full body workout while recovering from an injury and has since become an advocate and ambassador of its overall philosophy.
Understood to be a popular choice for women over the age of 40, Pvolve works towards improving strength and flexibility through resistance training that can be carried out in short, 20 to 30 minute bursts.
And Aniston’s latest photoshoot suggests it is true to its word, with the actress showing off her lean figure in a crop top and gym leggings while taking part in a series of exercise routines.
The American star is seen doing squats, lifting free weights and adopting an assortment of yoga positions with the help of a personal trainer.

‘You can actually enjoy your workout, not break your body, and have an incredible transformation,’ she recently told HELLO!
‘In all the workouts I’ve tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any of the others.’
She added: ‘I get excited, because I also know that if I’m not feeling 100 percent, if I only have 20 minutes in me, that’s all I do. It meets you where you’re at, and I love that about it.
‘I’ve never had this kind of definition. [Pvolve] get into those micro little muscles that are underneath bigger muscles that you just don’t even know existed, so you’re really getting strong from the inside out.’
The actress also urged others to embrace the fitness philosophy as they enter the new year.
‘It’s four workouts a week for six weeks,’ she said. ‘They’re great and fun workouts with great trainers, and it’s something you give to yourself. You’ll feel great after six weeks.’
Away from the gym, Aniston admitted her workout routine is offset by a strict, fat-free diet that begins from moment she wakes.
‘I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it,’ she explained.

‘I’ll steep a little teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and your immune system, and then I’ll put a little drop of Manuka honey. It’s so delicious served hot.’
But the red carpet regular also likes to dine out at her favourite restaurants, among them the Japanese eatery Nobu in Malibu and Mexican venue Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks.
‘I’ll go to my favorite restaurant with some girlfriends, have a martini, and some delicious meal,’ she told PEOPLE.
She also revealed a penchant for Enchilada Bites, a savoury homemade snack.
‘It’s guilt-free, because they’re just little bites,’ she said. ‘You can stretch it into two bites, but definitely, definitely yummy, yummy, yummy.’
