Love Island: All Stars’ Millie Court reveals why she’s ghosted multiple ex-Islanders sliding into her DMs as she admits she’s on the show looking for a HUSBAND after Liam Reardon split

Love Island winner Millie Court ghosted multiple ex-Islanders sliding into her DMs ahead of her stint on the upcoming All Stars series.

Essex girl Millie, 29, revealed she ignored several romantic advances from former Islanders, insisting she wanted to meet them in person first – something she believes is vital to forming a genuine connection.

The influencer, who won the 2021 series alongside ex-boyfriend Liam Reardon, said she is taking her Love Island comeback seriously and hopes her next boyfriend will ultimately become her husband.

Millie has been single since splitting from Liam, 26, in September, marking the former couple’s second breakup after briefly reconciling following their initial split in July 2022.

Opening up about the attention she has received ahead of All Stars, Millie said: ‘I have received a few DMs from former Islanders, but I haven’t responded.

‘I want it to be a surprise in there. A connection is important, I might think you’re fit, but we may not get on.’

Millie’s place on this year’s Love Island: All Stars series was confirmed on Monday, with the 2021 champion set to join former Islanders including Jess Harding, Belle Hassan, Shaq Muhammad and Jack Keating in the South African villa.

She explained that turning 30 this year was another major reason behind her decision to sign up for the show, which she believes is the perfect way to throw herself back into the dating scene following her breakup from Liam.

‘I am 30 this year and I’m in a headspace where I would like my next partner to be my husband, someone I settle down and have a family with’, Millie explained.

‘That would ideally be the situation. Fingers crossed there’s someone in the villa for me, but that’s definitely what I’m looking for.’

However, potential suitors should beware, as Millie will not consider dating anyone who fails to meet her strict criteria.

She explained: ‘I am very set on having someone who’s taller than me. I’m quite tall for a girl when I’ve got heels on, borderline six foot, so tall is definitely a requirement.

‘My type maybe isn’t working so I might have to switch it up, it’s just completely dependent on who I vibe with.

‘You have to see who you have a connection with, but I do tend to stick to a type.’

And any male Islanders who are not Sagittarius may as well not bother grafting on Millie.

She explained: ‘I will be avoiding anyone that doesn’t match my star sign because it means we aren’t compatible and it’s not going to work. That’s a red flag.

‘Someone shorter than me and someone too young as well – I am turning 30 and I have to be mindful. There will be younger guys in there and I will avoid that because they need to grow up a bit and I need a grown man.

‘I would like someone over 30 specifically, but over 26 or 27 is OK.’

Millie also has no intention of getting involved in any love triangles, admitting she does not want the stress.

She added: ‘I don’t like confrontation or conflict. I am not the type of girl who gets involved in drama and I probably won’t sit there and fight over a guy.

‘I don’t want to be in a triangle – if he wants to be with her, then go do it, let him.

‘I won’t sit there and bloody fight over him. I can’t be bothered with that.’

The Daily Mail revealed last summer that Millie and Welsh bricklayer Liam called time on their romance for good.

Insiders claimed Liam was the one who pulled the plug on the relationship, prompting Millie to drown her sorrows on a girls’ holiday with friends.

A source said: ‘Liam and Millie tried to make it work but eventually it just wasn’t meant to be.

‘Nobody thought they were going to get back together after their initial split, so they’ve done well to last this long – especially as their lives are based in Wales and Essex respectively.

‘But Liam just wasn’t feeling it towards the end and it was he who instigated the breakup.

‘Millie is gutted but is being a trouper and getting on with life, supported by her girls.’
