The three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury pad located in Maroochydore is one of a trio of Queensland properties the 63-year-old gold medal winner is selling off with her husband, Phil King.
Situated on the ground floor of a prestige block of just 15-residences, the flat boasts stunning views of the Maroochy River.

Designed around a spacious open plan, other features include a large kitchen with butler’s pantry and home office.

The Kings are selling off two other properties as development sites, reports Domain.
One, listed with a price guide of $1.1.million, is located in Moorooka, 11km from Brisbane CBD.
Situated on a 810square metre block, the site, currently occupied by a post-World War II weatherboard home, has been approved for three townhouses.
Each are designed as three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bathroom homes.
Scheduled to go under the hammer on November 17, it failed to sell.
The couple’s other Queensland property for sale is in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast.

Flintoff-King rose to fame after she won a gold medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics in the 400 metre hurdles.
The retired track star told The Courier-Mail that she and her husband were selling up their properties so they could upsize to a new five-bedroom holiday apartment in Maroochydore.
She added: ‘We’re also selling the two development sites in order to bridge the gap between what we anticipate the apartment will bring and what’s required for the new place.’
