Lindsay Lohan, 39, reveals how she maintains her fit figure as she kicks off 2026 with a workout

Lindsay Lohan took to Instagram on Monday morning to share how she’s staying fit at the top of 2026.

The 39-year-old actress — who just posted a photo of two-year-old son Luai — uploaded a black and white photo of herself on an exercise machine.

She was dressed in a long-sleeved shirt and leggings while maneuvering what appeared to be a Pilates reformer.

The image, snapped from behind, showed the star’s locks pulled into a bun as she focused on the workout.

The caption read, ‘Strong body. Clear mind. Open heart. Hello new year.’

Within minutes the picture received thousands of likes from Lohan’s 16.4 million followers.

The star kicked off 2026 by hitting an exercise machine 

The former child star previously welcomed the New Year by sharing a video montage of moments from 2025.

The recap featured glimpses of her times with loved ones, including husband Bader Shammas and Freakier Friday co-star Jamie Lee Curtis.

Her caption read, ‘Thank you 2025 for the love, the memories, and the moments that mattered most. 

‘Stepping into 2026 with a full heart, grounded, hopeful, and deeply grateful for this beautiful life, my husband, my son, and my family.’

On Saturday the Parent Trap star shared a mother-son snap with her toddler as they enjoyed a snow day.

She had a huge smile on her face while crouching down to the tot’s level and reaching for him.

Luai, who was born in July 2023, was adorably clad in a dark blue hooded jacket with cars printed throughout.

Over the summer the mother-of-one took to Instagram to mark her child’s second birthday with a gushing tribute.

She shared images from the tot’s birthday celebration and added a heartfelt caption as she gave her 16 million followers a glimpse at family life.

‘Happy Birthday to our sunshine, our sweetest boy, our heart, Luai!’ the proud mom began the note.

She added, ‘Watching you grow has been the greatest joy of our life. You light up every room (and keep us all on our toes), and we are so proud to be your mama and daddy. 

‘You are the deepest love we have ever known, the wildest adventure, and the most beautiful purpose. You have given our lives a whole new meaning, and we are grateful every single day.

‘Here is to another year of cuddles, giggles, and magic. Me and Daddy love you more than words can say.’
