Dennis Quaid gushed that his ‘life is paradise’ being with his fourth wife Laura Savoie following the heartbreak of three divorces.
At 71, the Emmy-nominated actor is 39 years older than the St. Louis-born blonde, whom he first met at a 2019 business event and wed just one year later.
Laura also technically works for Dennis as he appointed her as founding partner of his production company, Bonniedale Films, in 2021.
‘Every day is paradise with her. It really is,’ Texan-born Quaid told Fox News Digital on Monday.
‘It’s the closest relationship I’ve ever had with anybody. Every day is paradise. What can I tell you? I don’t know why God had waited so long to bring her, for her to come along, but [I’m] really glad he brought her into my life, or I walked into hers.’
Savoie impressively holds two Master’s degrees from Texas McCombs School of Business and the University of Notre Dame – according to LinkedIn.

Back in 2019, the Holy Marvels producer-host told The Guardian that chatter over their substantial age gap was ‘really a laugh.’
‘I didn’t go out looking for an age gap or someone really younger than me. I met her at a business event and then the relationship developed,’ Dennis defended at the time.
‘You have no control over who you fall in love with. I don’t fall in love easy. But I can’t let what a few people think control all that. I’ve been married three times and this is the final one, I know it is. I feel like I have a real partner in life.’
On November 8, Quaid will celebrate the 18th birthdays of his fraternal twins Zoe and Thomas, which will mark the end of his $13,750/month child support payments to third ex-wife Kimberly Buffington.
The two-time Independent Spirit Award winner and the 53-year-old real estate broker ended their 11-year marriage in 2018.
Last year, Dennis admitted he was jealous of the level of fame his second ex-wife Meg Ryan achieved during their nine-year marriage, which ended in 2000 amid cheating rumors on both sides.
‘When I met Meg, I was here as far as career thing and she was here and then [eclipsed my own career],’ Quaid recalled on Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace on September 6.
‘I tried to be a big person and tell myself that didn’t bother me, but people are human. She was ascending as I went into rehab.’
The Broke actor continued: ‘Meg is really such a great, sweet person and really talented and deserved all her success. I don’t regret anything about my marriage to Meg. We got [our 33-year-old son] Jack Quaid out of it who is really going on to maybe eclipse both of us.’
