Lo Bosworth is married and expecting her first child.
The Hills and Laguna Beach alum, 38, tied the knot with investor Dom Natale on Sunday in an intimate backyard ceremony at her family’s home in Laguna Beach.
The couple also revealed they have a baby on the way as she shared photos of herself visibly pregnant in a custom wedding dress designed by Hailey Desjardins.
‘We said yes with joy. And life, with its most tender timing, said yes right back,’ she captioned a stunning slideshow from her long-awaited, big day, along with a ring and baby bottle emoji.
In the images, the reality star looked overjoyed as she gazed adoringly at her groom as he held her hand walking down a flight of stairs.
Other pictures showed him zipping her into her gown, the pair sharing a sweet kiss on the beach and Natale cradling her baby bump as she laughed.

‘We were wedding planning and had our IVF transfer scheduled simultaneously in the hopes we would get lucky,’ she explained on her Instagram Story.
Bosworth continued. ‘We could not be more thrilled our baby got to be a part of our big day, and helped to define out wedding celebration.’
The author also shared that their little one was due in January 2026.
‘We wanted our wedding to meet the moment of where we’re at right now,’ Bosworth told People. ‘I’m about four months pregnant, and before starting our fertility journey we thought about a big, New York City wedding.’
She added: ‘Once our family plans got underway however, we changed course to something we knew would be perfect if I was lucky enough to get pregnant: an intimate wedding with our closest family members enjoyed at home. We could take off our shoes, stretch out, enjoy great food and the beautiful decor and relax.’
The ceremony was attended by just 28 of their closest loved ones.
‘Getting married at home in Laguna felt right for us — inviting, calming, and full of love,’ Bosworth shared. ‘We’ve both been in NYC for about 15 years and for me, going home to Laguna to get married feels very full-circle.’
The mom-to-be explained she wanted ‘an understated, but colorful luncheon that felt inviting instead of stuffy.’

‘When your reception is in your backyard and you invite guests to jump in the pool, you need to be laid back about it all,’ the Love Wellness founder and CEO said.
‘Even though we celebrated our luncheon in my parent’s backyard, we knew it should still feel elevated, unique, and special,’ she added.
For the occasion, Bosworth did her own hair and makeup and was styled by her friend Thomas Carter Phillips.
‘When we set our date in July, we didn’t know if our planned IVF cycle would be successful. I bought a dress (or two) early on in the hopes one would still work if we got lucky,’ she shared.
The TV personality added: ‘Three weeks before my wedding, nothing fit and I put into a call to my stylist friend, Thomas Carter Phillips, who works with an incredibly talented tailor, Hailey Desjardins, to build me a dress from scratch.’
‘At that point, I was more than three months pregnant, had gained weight from the transfer medications and was starting to show,’ she recalled. ‘We decided a classic look that accentuated my bump would be best.’
Ultimately, her finished gown was ‘delivered at 8 p.m. the night before’ her wedding.
Meanwhile, Natale wore a classic Brunello Cucinelli suit.

Bosworth is best known for appearing on MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and The Hills, and as the founder and CEO of Love Wellness

The couple exchanged traditional vows and had their first dance to Aretha Franklin’s Kissin’ by the Mistletoe, a nod to Natale’s last name, which means ‘Christmas’ in Italian.
Bosworth says the song was also a tribute to their first meeting, which took place during the holiday season.
In June, Bosworth shared details of their wedding plans on the A Better Way to Money podcast, where she described the upcoming event as a ‘micro-wedding.’
‘Ultimately, we decided to shift our priorities because we would like to start a family. We would like to buy a house and those things cost money and you have to plan for your future,’ she said. ‘And so we are going to have a small, family-only wedding this summer. We’re going to get married in Laguna Beach.’
She added that their goal was ‘to have a celebration in the backyard with just family and keep it really special and meaningful.’
Bosworth announced her engagement to Natale back in January on Instagram.
