An eyewitness told Page Six the estranged couple poured on the PDA and looked ‘obviously very together’ at the star-studded bash co-hosted by talent manager Cade Hudson – no relation to Kate.
‘They were really enjoying one another’s company,’ the source relayed. ‘They had their arms around one another and were very touchy and warm with one another all night.
‘They were very obviously together and wanting to spend the party by one another’s side,’ they said.
‘If you didn’t know they had split up, you would presume they were still happily married,’ the source added.
According to the outlet, Richards – who recently opened up on her controversial love life – and Umansky openly canoodled among the guests who included Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, Evan Ross, Anya Taylor-Joy, Lewis Hamilton, Rachel Zoe, Shaun White, Elon Musk, and Brooks Nader and sisters and fellow Love Thy Nader co-stars, among other famous faces.

The Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Richards and Umansky for comment and has yet to hear back.
It’s already a hot topic on Reddit with one user writing, ‘I really hope this is true. I really like them together and would love to see a reconciliation. What does everyone think? New try for the new year? Hopefully!’
‘Don’t they both have girlfriends?’ a second commented, referring to Richards’ close relationship with Morgan Wade and Umansky’s penchant for dating women half his age.
Another chimed in, ‘Allison Dubois said he would never emotionally fulfill her but that she would stay with him,’ referring to the psychic’s prediction 10 years ago during an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
‘No chance. He’s loving the single life,’ a skeptic wrote on Reddit.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 56, and the real estate broker, 55, have been enjoying a family holiday with their four daughters – Farrah, 37, Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17 – since December 24.
Farrah’s biological father is Richards’ ex-husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, but she and Umansky share a close father-daughter bond and The Agency owner refers to himself as her D2, meaning Dad 2.

Playing over the footage was the song Fade into You by Mazzy Star, a haunting tune about longing and deep love.
The social media share garnered 145k likes and a wave of comments from fans wishing they’d reconcile.
One follower wrote, ‘Why can’t they just get back together’ and another chimed in, ‘They are literally meant for each other. Easily the saddest separation in the whole bravo universe.’
A third fan lamented, ‘When Mauricio gets over his little midlife crisis we’re ready for Kyle to take him back.’
Richards and Umansky separated in summer of 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
The mother-of-four has been rumored to be romancing her good friend, singer Morgan Wade.
Richards fueled those rumors in a recent episode of the Bravo show when she declared that she had been in a relationship after the separation but was single now, adding that ‘gender doesn’t matter’ when looking for a prospective partner.

On the night before Thanksgiving in 2025, the Dancing With the Stars alum was seen cozying up to FBoy Island star Celisa ‘CJ’ Franco following dinner at West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s.
He was pictured with his arms wrapped around her and kissing her cheek at one point.
Umansky confessed the incident put a real damper on the family’s holiday meal.
‘That [story] was released during Thanksgiving dinner, which kinda sucked,’ Umansky told Page Six.
‘So we’re all having Thanksgiving dinner, and Sophia’s like, “Dad, what the f–k is this?” I’m like, “What are you talking about?”‘

‘It’s hard, and it’s not something either one of us feel comfortable initiating, we just kind of let it go and just really good friends, and we care about each other, and we get along, so it’s like, it is what it is right now,’ she said.
