Tommy Lee Jones’s late daughter Victoria was feared to have suffered a fatal overdose at a San Francisco hotel, according to a 911 audio recording.
Jones, 34, was called in as a ‘code 3 for the overdose, color change’, according to Broadcastify audio obtained by TMZ after the former actress’s death at San Francisco’s Fairmont Hotel on New Year’s Day.Â
A code 3 denotes an emergency that requires immediate action with flashing lights and sirens.
The 911 call was made just before 3am PT on January 1. First responders tried unsuccessfully to revive Jones, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Despite the 911 call raising the possibility of a drug overdose, there was no drug paraphernalia found close to her body.
Police sources also told the Daily Mail that there were no signs of foul play or trauma to Jones’s body.
Investigators have refused to speculate on a possible cause of death with an autopsy now set to determine how Jones died. Â
