The doctor, 36, was setting her goals for 2026 in her Instagram upload and looked more in love with singer Peter, 52, than ever.
One snap saw her kissing her partner in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris while others showed them with their three children.
They share Amelia, 11, Theo, nine, and baby Arabella – while Peter shares Princess and Junior with his ex Katie Price.
Her post also documented sun-soaked holidays, nights out with her girlfriends and snaps of the kids heading for their first days of school.Â
She penned in the caption of her post: ‘Looking back at 2025 feels pretty special, the memories, milestones, projects, small wins, and the very underrated moments at home that mattered the most.

‘Going into 2026, I’m skipping New Year’s resolutions, not because I’ve given up on growth, but because it doesn’t need a deadline or a dramatic reset.
‘If you’re feeling the usual ‘new year, new me’ pressure, this is a reminder that you don’t have to rush it. You can start on a random Tuesday in February. Or whenever you actually feel like it!

It comes after earlier this week Peter revealed he has had emergency treatment on his teeth after he was kicked in the face by a fan who had ‘too much to drink’.
The Mysterious Girl singer recalled the ‘agonising’ incident on his Instagram Stories while on route to an appointment to fix his chipped teeth on Tuesday.
Peter said a fan jumped up on stage and kicked their leg up which forced his microphone into his mouth.Â
He said: ‘Right you won’t believe what happened to my teeth. So I needed to go see a dentist, thankfully Emily’s brother Tom has an aesthetics clinic and within that they have DentaQuest.
‘So I went there because I was on stage one night having fun, and usually I call people up on stage.
‘Someone came up on stage, had a few too many to drink, kicked their leg up to have a bit of fun.

‘[The fan] kicked the mic, the mic when straight into my tooth and chipped it badly. I was in absolute pain, it caused a few chips actually, talk about a kick in the teeth.
‘Anyway I went there and look what they done, they put my original teeth back to normal. I’m so happy’.
Peter spent Christmas morning with his two children Princess, 18, and Junior Andre, 20, whom he shares with Katie.
Katie shared snippets of her Christmas evening on social media with the pair following the family feud.Â
The mother-of-five, 47, pouted for the camera while relaxing at home in comfy loungewear following the fall-out surrounding Katie’s involvement in Princess’ reality TV show, The Princess Diaries.Â
Feeling grateful to be surrounded by her loved ones, Katie captioned the post: ‘Me and my Princess (crown emoji) Just a one off picture from my Christmas Day but I’m surrounded with all my family.’
The post came just hours after Princess and Junior celebrated Christmas morning with their father, Peter and his wife, Emily, after previously revealing they would be splitting the day between both parents.Â
All dressed in matching tartan pyjamas, Princess and Junior spent the morning opening presents and stocking fillers.
Junior and Princess revealed prior to Christmas that they had planned to spend their morning with Peter and the evening with their mother, Katie.
Junior told The Sun ‘So, how I do it every year is split between my parents and this year, I will be spending Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at my dad’s with my brothers and sisters there.
‘And then I’ll be going to my mum’s for the afternoon.’
He continued: ‘And then, yeah, probably just, yeah, spend the rest of the time there. Might stay there, might come back to mine, just depends.’
Peter recently saw his long-running feud with former glamour model and ex-wife Katie thrust back into the spotlight following the launch of their daughter Princess’s new reality show.Â
It comes after Princess revealed neither of her parents has watched her ITV2 reality show after its debut sparked a bitter fallout between the pair.

The daughter of exes Peter and Katie let cameras into her life earlier this year, but her glamour model mother hit out after being deliberately excluded from filming.
Katie expressed her frustrations at being ‘disrespected’ and ‘disregarded’, claiming that Peter and his management team were behind the snub.
Princess said: ‘I actually don’t think either of my parents have watched the show. I don’t think it’s my dad’s thing, it’s more, it’s a show for people my age to watch, I think,’
Before adding: ‘I watched everything about five times, just to make sure everything is how I want it and to check everything’.
