Josie, who revealed last year that she has shed an impressive five stone, through her arms in the air dancing at the beach.
The former Big Brother star looked happier than ever as she kept comfortable in a pair of black flip flops and styled her blonde tresses loose.
She wrote: ‘The new year warm up. Happy new year lovers’.
Last week, Josie admitted she was ’emotionally burnt out’ ahead of the trip to Thailand as she shared a series of clips during the getaway.

Josie elevated her frame in a pair of black towering heels as she posed on the P&O Cruises ship before hitting the casino.
Styling her long blonde tresses in voluminous curls, the TV personality flashed her gorgeous smile as she posed for photos.
Josie revealed she has just docked in Barbados for her next adventure as she shared amazing underwater snaps snorkelling.
The former Big Brother star slipped into a stylish black triangle bikini as she wore a snorkel and flippers while diving in the ocean.
It comes after Josie revealed earlier this year that she had shed five stone – without the help of fat jabs or surgery.

She was joined by her son and friends on the trip
She said in an Instagram post: ‘I didn’t get a gastric bypass; I got off my big a**e, moved more, ate less and educated myself on what I was stuffing into my body.’
Josie’s weight loss success has been widely discussed, as she has been showcasing her svelte new frame in a series of stunning looks on This Morning.
She revealed that she followed the Do The Unthinkable plan, which refers to a 12-week fitness and food program from the company MuscleFood, including delivered meals, workout plans, and support to help people reach their health goals.
Josie explained that she has six days on and one day off, saying: ‘Now on that one day off, I had one cheat meal.
‘I didn’t go crazy and drink 10 bottles of wine and binge all day on food and chocolate and all the naughty things I haven’t been having.
‘I just had my one cheat and that was it. So if you’ve got that one day off, don’t undo all your hard work. Just have your one cheat meal and enjoy it. Don’t have a binge.’
The former Big Brother star also previously spoke of why she would never use weight loss jabs: ‘The thing is, I can understand, you know, when people get desperate and they want to do that.

Josie was glowing as she posed for snaps over the summer with her clinician, Dr Nora of Rejuvenation Clinic in London.
She did not specify what she’d had done.
