Ferne McCann showed off her incredible figure in a taupe bikini in a new video on Monday as she admitted to often hesitating to post pictures of herself.
The former TOWIE star, 34, wowed in the skimpy Grace Jacobs two-piece before slipping into a patterned co-ord, posing this way and that as she showcased her stylish summer look.
And amid her apparent confidence, Ferne urged her followers to ‘stop doom scrolling’, ‘stop doubting’ themselves and ‘post the damn picture’ in a defiant, inspiring message.
The mother-of-two looked in great spirits as she twirled around in the clip, but confessed in her caption that she’d regularly edit her images ‘a million times’ before finding the courage to post it.
Her motivational message read: ‘This is your sign to POST.
‘Not when your body looks perfect. Not when the lighting is just right. Not when the algorithm is “doing better.” Not when you’ve edited it for the 5th time. Not when you’ve sat on it for 3 months and it ends up lost in your camera roll.

‘There are so many moments I’ve waited, overthought a post, edited it a million times. Sometimes you’ve just got to think fck it* ….free the drafts and post.’
Ferne’s post was met with comments of support from her fans and showbiz pals, including Vicky Pattison – who was inspired to post her own swimwear snaps.
It comes after Ferne showcased her sensational figure in a purple cut-out bikini back in May as she gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at what she typically eats in a day.
The TV personality flaunted her incredibly toned physique in the stylish two-piece, featuring a striking cut-out top and high-rise bottoms, as she shared her healthy routine with her Instagram followers.
The clip kicked off with Ferne drinking a zesty juice shot in her pyjamas to get her day started with a burst of energy, before breaking into a cheeky dance in her kitchen.
Next up, she raided her fridge to whip up what appeared to be a strawberry protein shake, keeping things fresh and fruity.
For lunch, the former TOWIE star fried up some juicy harissa prawns and chickpeas before assembling a vibrant salad bowl packed with lettuce, red onion, avocado, fruit and crumbled feta – all topped off with a generous squeeze of lemon.
Switching up her look, Ferne slipped into a skimpy red activewear set that showed off her washboard abs as she tucked into her colourful lunch.

Amid her apparent confidence, Ferne urged her followers to ‘stop doom scrolling’, ‘stop doubting’ themselves and ‘post the damn picture’ in a defiant, inspiring message.

Later, she got to work on her evening meal – a Greek-style lamb and spanakopita – inspired filo pie – which she dubbed ‘so tasty and perfect for sharing,’ before kindly revealing the full recipe for fans to try at home.
Looking utterly content, Ferne ended her day on a sweet note with a bar of chocolate before cooling off with a refreshing evening drink.
Ferne has been candid about her weight loss journey and revealed last year she shed 2.5 stone after overhauling her lifestyle with a focus on nutrition and high-intensity interval training.
Sharing her transformation on Instagram, Ferne posed in black lingerie and told fans: ‘Here are my most recent result pictures and OMG I’m so proud of these and I feel amazing!
