Cardi B is firing back after days of intense backlash over her relationship with NFL star Stefon Diggs, making it clear she’s had enough of the criticism.
The 33-year-old rapper unloaded in a blunt video shared on X on Monday, December 29, after fans flooded her comments with judgment about her love life.
‘Y’all need to calm down,’ Cardi began. ‘Is y’all cool? Y’all been dragging me for three or four days. And y’all been a little bit too mean. Like, alright now. Y’all being a little bit too mean.’
As the rant continued, the Grammy winner grew increasingly exasperated, making it clear she refuses to apologize for moving forward with her life.
‘I can’t change s***. I can’t go back in time. I already had a baby,’ she said. ‘Y’all want me to put my baby back in my p****? Huh? I don’t know what y’all want me to do. Y’all want me to leave my man and f*** yours?’
Cardi went on to explain that the backlash comes at an especially stressful moment, as she prepares to launch her upcoming Little Miss Drama Tour early next year.

‘I have so much work to do once January starts that it’s stressing me out,’ she admitted. ‘I’m gonna be away from my baby, my babies, away from my personal life, away from my home. I have to rehearse for 10 to 12 hours a day for tour.’
She added that the pressure of production logistics has already begun to weigh on her, urging fans – whom she called her ‘support system’ – to show her compassion instead of criticism.
‘I want y’all to come to my tour and enjoy yourself with me. Don’t be dragging me. It’s enough,’ she said. ‘Wish me the same thing. Leave me alone, though. S***! Damn, y’all scare me sometimes.’
Cardi has been linked to Diggs, 32, since October 2024. The couple welcomed their first child together, a son, in November.
The rapper is also mom to daughters Kulture, 7, and Blossom, 15 months, and son Wave, 4, whom she shares with estranged husband Offset.
Diggs is also father to an eight-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
Despite the criticism, Cardi has continued to publicly support Diggs.

Over the weekend, she was spotted cheering him on from the stands at MetLife Stadium as he played for the New England Patriots against the New York Jets.
During the game, Diggs hauled in his 80th reception of the season, triggering a $500,000 incentive bonus in his contract.
Off the field, Cardi has framed this period as a major turning point in her life.
‘My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season,’ she wrote on Instagram after welcoming their little one. ‘Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it!’
She continued, ‘A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me… This next chapter is Me vs. Me!’
The mom-of-four said she’s been preparing for her tour by ‘getting my body right, getting my mind right,’ adding that nothing will stop her from delivering ‘the performance of a lifetime.’

Cardi previously confirmed her pregnancy with Diggs during a September appearance on CBS Mornings, telling host Gayle King, ‘I’m having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs.’
She praised their bond, saying, ‘Me and my man are very supportive of each other… He just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong.’
The relationship began shortly after Cardi filed for divorce from Offset in August 2024.
During a later appearance on The Breakfast Club, she admitted the split has been far from easy.
‘It’s not peaceful at all,’ she said. ‘I can’t even talk about it because it’s a court thing, but it is not peaceful.’
Still, Cardi appears focused on the future and on protecting her peace.
‘I’ve learned, I’ve healed, and I’m loving the woman I’ve become,’ she wrote recently on Instagram. ‘That’s what this next era means to me.’
