Kevin Spacey Fuels Plastic Surgery Speculation at Italian Red Carpet Event

Kevin Spacey made another appearance on the red carpet on Monday after sparking rumours he has had plastic surgery.

The disgraced actor, 65, was pictured in Rimini, Italy as he attended the Italian Global Series Festival 2025 at Teatro Galli.

Kevin wore a light pink suit with a red tie and light blue shirt for the summer weather as he walked the red carpet.

The former House Of Cards star stopped to speak to fans and sign autographs before heading into the venue.

His taught, plump face and almost wrinkleless forehead was on full display, adding to speculation he has gone under the knife for plastic surgery.

During the ceremony, Kevin was presented with the Maximo Excellence Award, a gong designed to acknowledge ‘outstanding achievements’ in storytelling.

Spacey was beaming as he spoke to the packed audience after receiving the accolade.

It comes after Kevin sparked outrage for receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award just months after fresh sexual abuse allegations at the Better World Fund Gala Dinner in Cannes last month.

He accepted the honor for Excellence in Film and Television, although the gala is not an official part of the annual French film festival.

The last time Kevin stopped by the Cannes Film Festival was nearly 10 years earlier while promoting his 2016 movie The Awakening.  

When asked about a comeback to the industry, he told reporters: ‘I’m glad to be working.’ 

The Oscar winner garnered a Lifetime Achievement Award at Cannes for his ‘impact on cinema in the arts.’ 

Kevin was ‘recognized not only for his decades of artistic brilliance but also his enduring impact on cinema and the arts,’ according to a statement made by the fund.

Just two years ago, the actor was cleared of sexual assault allegations against four men during a U.K. trial in 2023.

It comes after Kevin sparked outrage for receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award just months after fresh sexual abuse allegations

However, earlier this year in February the star was hit with another sexual abuse claim by  Ruari Cannon and also two organizations connected to the Old Vic Theatre in London.

Ruari is suing Mr Spacey at the High Court, as well as two organizations connected to the Old Vic Theatre in London.

Dushal Mehta, of law firm Fieldfisher, confirmed that he had issued a claim on behalf of Mr Cannon, and also said that he had waived his anonymity in the claim.

No details of the allegations involved are currently available.

Spacey was previously acquitted in criminal proceedings of several sexual offences alleged by four men between 2001 and 2013. 

 One of the men, who cannot be identified, has also sued Mr Spacey over his claims he was sexually assaulted by the actor and suffered ‘psychiatric damage’, which the actor denies.

The actor has denied all allegations of inappropriate behavior and criminal wrongdoing.
