The American socialite, 48, took to her Instagram page with a sweet album documenting their tropical getaway, posing on a lavish boat with sons Eric, 11, and Adam, 19.
Lauren shares Eric with the music mogul, 66, and also shares Adam from her previous marriage.

Their vacation snaps come after Lauren recently hit out at ‘unkind and abusive’ trolls, in the wake of the release of Simon’s new Netflix documentary.
Following the most candid insight into the couple’s relationship to date, she shared a lengthy message on Instagram, in which she targeted critics.
Lauren admitted to have struggled to ‘share her life’, making Netflix documentary The Next Act a big jump.
In her impassioned post, the brunette beauty wrote: ‘It has taken me many years to decide to share parts of my life, family and work here, things I’m genuinely proud of and grateful for. I value honest opinions and believe in freedom of speech…

Her post comes shortly after Lauren joked that a funeral could come before their wedding ‘at the rate we’re going’. The couple first met in Barbados in 2004, but didn’t start dating until around 2012. They welcomed Eric in 2014 and got engaged in 2021.
Now, four years on from his proposal, Lauren has poked fun at the length of their engagement in a rare interview.
During an appearance on ExtraTV, host and Simon’s ex Terri Seymour asked if she needs ‘to be buying a hat anytime soon.’
Lauren replied: ‘You mean like for a wedding? Is that what that means?’ When the presenter joked that she meant ‘for a funeral’, Lauren laughed: ‘Well, who knows which one is going to happen first at the rate we’re going?’
The Netflix docuseries The Next Act follows Simon’s nationwide search for young, talented musicians. Ahead of its release, she teased: ‘It’s a lot. Simon on his own is bad enough, but now to have Eric as his little sidekick — it’s just diabolical.’
