And according to The Mirror, Thomas revealed that the medics had to ‘get him out’ during the commitment ceremony because of the pain he was enduring after being dumped.
Speaking to the publication, he said: ‘I got to say goodbye to everyone and then I reached Paul and JJ and hugged Paul and I basically burst into tears into his shirt, ruining it. Bless Paul.

‘And then I was just crying with JJ rubbing my back and holding my hand. Eventually, I had the medic take me out. I had to have the medic take me out to get me out of there.
‘I need to get out here, I thought. It’s like everywhere you look. It’s like the haunted memory of a dead relationship. And I felt like someone had died. That’s how I felt it felt like I was grieving so hard.’
Normally after a dumping, contestants are made to stay over another night, but Thomas was that distraught he just wanted to leave as soon as he could.

During the commitment ceremony, things took a turn for the worse when they went out into the real world and met each other’s families.
Roz began to have doubts about the relationship and wrote leave during the final commitment ceremony.
Although the dating experts asked her to reconsider her decision, she held firm and dumped Thomas.
Roz admitted the reason for the split was because Thomas’ mother asked her when they were going to have babies – making her realise did want to have children, but not with Thomas.

He took to Instagram Thursday last week to hit back at the trolls for their ‘inappropriate comments’ and insisted there was no ‘bad blood’ between them.
Thomas shared an array of snaps of him and Rozz having fun playing crazy golf as he told how they are still friends despite their break-up.
He penned: ‘I’ve seen a lot of inappropriate comments sent in Rozz’s direction. The only person’s feelings who matter are Rozz’s and my own. We’re friends and there is zero bad blood between us.

Looking back: Thomas also praised his experience on MAFS in a separate post as he gushed over his personal growth and said he learnt how to ‘open’ his heart to ‘amazing’ people
‘I don’t understand how anyone can be mad at someone who gave it their all but couldn’t make a relationship work? What’s the alternative? Should she be forced to be my wife forever? She did the right thing for her and that’s all that matters.
‘So only love and support. Send her as much love as possible, because that’s what she deserves. I’d really appreciate it.’
Thomas also praised his experience on MAFS in a separate post as he gushed over his personal growth and said he learnt how to ‘open’ his heart to ‘amazing’ people.
He said: ‘I’ve had an incredible time on MAFS UK. At the beginning, I was this introverted, closed-hearted boy who was afraid to show any emotions or vulnerability.
‘It hurt my heart to see how sad I was. What’s worse is I didn’t even notice it at the time. That was normal for me! My walls were so high around my heart, I couldn’t let anyone in.
‘But now, I feel like that part of me is no longer here. I can tell people how I feel now and I’m feeling and looking like my best self and my heart is open to some amazing people now
‘It’s a sad goodbye but I’m so grateful for my experience on MAFS. I will always cherish those memories and I met some amazing people in the process.
‘I will never let that part of me who was so sad take over again. Never. I hope you keep following me on my journey in life, because it feels like it’s just beginning. Thank you to everyone who’s been there for me. I couldn’t have done it without you.’
