The 29-year-old rapper surprised his fans with his new look in backstage photos at a recent concert.
In the snapshots, he posed alongside Kim Zolciak — whom fans are also convinced has taken up Ozempic after debuting her new look and appearing ‘suddenly so thin.’
The musician, whose real name is Austin Post, wore a raglan shirt and straight-leg jeans that hugged his slender physique, showing off his results after his major weight loss.
The singer, who is currently on tour with country star Jelly Roll, left his fans shocked as they reacted to his transformation after approximately one year.
This comes just months after Malone, who has been entangled in a bitter custody battle with his ex-fiancée after she ‘served him with legal papers in a very brutal way,’ addressed speculation that he was using Ozempic.

Amid the rumors, he opened up about his weight loss journey and revealed how he made a subtle change to his diet and, as a result, shed nearly 60 pounds.
Earlier this year, he shared the details about his body transformation during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show in late January.
He claimed that he did not turn to weight loss drugs but instead introduced just one important ingredient to his diet to go from 240 pounds to 185.
In addition to eating healthier, he said that adding a hot sauce with no calories helped him cut out fried food and unhealthy snacks.
He said that while touring, it was difficult to stick to a consistent diet due to being in unfamiliar cities with limited food options.
However, he said he started eating more whole foods and seeing results.
He said he paired hot sauce with grilled chicken, carrots and white rice and lost about 60 pounds just with that change.
Malone also said he stopped eating greasy, unhealthy snacks as well as cutting out soda in an effort to consume less sugar.
