The actress, 31, was seen vaping during a break from shooting a new advert for the bank Revolut with the actor, also 31, on Friday.
Aimee puffed on a Triple Mango flavour e-cigarette while chatting animatedly to a member of the crew on set of the advertisement.
Aimee and Patrick’s reunion comes just after she defended him against ‘nepo baby’ backlash recently due to his famous father Arnold Schwarzenegger, 77.

Patrick looked stylish in a polo shirt top and smart trousers, while adding a pair of chunky lace-up boots to complete the look.
Last week, Aimee spoke out in defence of her co-star Patrick, after he was accused of landing his White Lotus rule due to his famous dad.
Arnold, who played Saxon Ratliffe in the third series of the show, is the son of Arnold and his ex-wife Maria Shriver.
Earlier this year, Patrick spoke about the ‘nepo baby’ claims on the Dear Media’s Real Pod podcast in February.
He said: ‘There’ll be other people that’ll say, well, “I wonder what his dad paid him to get that job,” You know, what am I going to do? Convince all these people that that’s not true? It’s just such a waste of my energy.
‘I’m never, ever going to convince everybody out there that I’m — that I work hard, that I have my own values in life, that I want to make my own name for myself, that I don’t do drugs, that I’m not a screw-up, that I’m not a bad, mean person, everyone’s always going to have their opinion of you — no matter what.’

Resharing the clip of the moment last week, Aimee wrote ‘hardest working and kindest man ever.’
Aimee and Patrick shot several scenes together on The White Lotus, and his character Saxon was seen falling for her character Chelsea towards the end of the show.
Off-screen they have struck up a close friendship and Aimee said that Patrick helped her calm her nerves ahead of her first Met Gala last week.
She was spotted on the red carpet with her co-star and while they originally weren’t supposed to arrive together, Aimee revealed to Good Morning America on the red carpet that it seemed they both were nervous.
‘When I found out that Patrick and I could go in the car together, ‘cause originally we weren’t meant to go in the car together, and then we were both like, ‘Yeah, we need to go in the car together,’ and so we made it work,’ Aimee began.
She added, ‘It feels amazing. It feels so special, and yeah, I’m glad that this is my first Met. It feels so wonderful and yeah, it feels like the perfect first Met.’
Patrick told Variety on the Met red carpet that he actually reached out to Wood about attending the annual bash together.

While this was Aimee’s Met debut, Monday’s bash marked Patrick’s third time at the Met, following appearances in 2019 and 2022
‘I texted Aimee. I heard Aimee was coming and I immediately texted her, and I said, “Can we please go together? I’m so nervous,” he said.
He added, ‘And she was like, “I was gonna text you the same thing!” And I was like, “Perfect.” So we met up, I went to her hotel and we showed up together and it was great.’

Patrick added it was his third time and, ‘it was my advice that we go together,’ adding, ‘we’re both nervous and terrified and it makes it so much more fun when you get to have a good friend with you.’
The actor said he started getting ready at 5:15 PM and got to her hotel by 6 PM, though when Aimee was asked when she started getting ready, she said, ‘Noon.’
There were also two other White Lotus stars at the Met, both making their debuts, Walton Goggins and Lisa from Blackpink, who played Mook in the season.
