Brooke Burke’s intense three-hour morning routine sparked confusion and backlash from fans who called it ‘unrealistic.’ 

The 53-year-old former model — who recently sizzled in a bikini — shared her jam-packed 6 AM to 9 AM schedule in a video posted to her Instagram on Tuesday. 

The Dancing With The Stars veteran’s busy routine includes sleeping with a castor oil patch, doing a ‘lymphatic drainage’ tummy massage, a facial cold plunge, sweating it out in the sauna, and a 30-minute workout among a number of other activities. 

The clip starts out with Brooke laying in bed in bra and panties, as she takes off her belly button patch, which is supposed to aid with digestive issues and reduce bloating. 

She tells her followers, ‘When you rise with the sun, you get it done.’

Brooke then proceeds to give herself a tummy massage, before making her lemon water, which the star adds she always does prior to drinking her coffee. 

Brooke, who wears six different outfits throughout the clip, is then pictured sweating it out in the sauna, in a nude bodysuit.

After changing her outfit to a blue sports bra and jeans, Brooke makes fresh celery juice, before doing a 30-minute workout in a pink bra and purple shorts.

She proceeds to make a ‘sun tea’, which she steeps out in the sun to absorb ‘all the vitamin D.’

Brooke then breaks her fast with a ‘longevity smoothie.’ 

The star, who reappears in the clip wearing a checkered dress, then follows it up with a facial cold plunge.

After washing her hair, Brooke changes into a flowing kimono robe and pops on eyepatches.  

The beauty then gives herself a blow dry and puts on her skin care products, followed by her glam routine.

Towards the end of the clip Brooke tells her followers that if they want to be more productive, they have to ‘wake up early.’ 

She caption the video: ‘✨ Rise with the sun & get it done! Here’s my morning routine from 6 AM to 9 AM while my house sleeps.’

This comes just as she revealed to DailyMail.com that she has a method for staying thin.

‘I do hot yoga body sculpting, which is an incredible opportunity to heat up the core, stretch, release toxins, and explore restorative yoga poses,’ said the fiancée of Scott Rigsby.

‘Free movement and positive mantras are pushing through new areas of fitness.’

Brooke also told DailyMail.com what her top three exercises to do every day are. ‘I like to stretch and do booty BURN circuit (twisty kickbacks) as well as child pose push‑ups,’ she shared.

‘My four week booty challenge is timed out to be just 10 minutes a day. It’s a full circle of every move to tone, tighten, and lift the glutes.’

Burke also said just walking out your front door and going for a stroll is smart as well.

‘Movement is what matters most. And giving yourself the opportunity to get outside, move your body, and escape from your to do list, is meaningful,’ she said.
