It’s no surprise that with an hour of content, Big Brother bosses are forced to omit some moments from a 24-hour day in the house.
But fans have claimed that the final edit of Thursday’s episode took things a step too far, as it failed to show the full story of a tiff between pals Jordan and Trish.
Viewers who watched the highlights show saw the friends have a small dispute when Trish accused Jordan of ‘telling s**’ to Chanelle, which he denied, with the scene’s final moments showing the pair somewhat tense with one another.
However, fans who watched the live feed on Wednesday night noted that it was clear the exchange hadn’t caused any long-term friction, as they were seen cuddling and laughing together in bed minutes later.
In Thursday’s episode, Trish approached Jordan in the bedroom and said ‘don’t tell Chanelle s**t. You two would have conversed and you probably would have been like ”I’m surprised she’s still hanging around with us.”
Brutal: Big Brother fans have accused bosses of ‘doing Trish and Jordan dirty’ after failing to include the full details of their tiff in Thursday’s highlights episode

Jordan insisted it ‘never came from him,’ and added that Trish ‘sounded like she was trying to pull strings,’ and asked her not to ‘get in his face.’
The on-screen moment implied that things were left tense between the duo, but on the live stream it was clear that Trish apologised profusely.
Jordan added that he’d always stood up for Trish ‘to the detriment of his friendship with Channelle’ and when she asked if they were ‘good’. he said they were.
Viewers who watched the live feed were quick to note how heavily the exchange had been edited in the highlights episode.
One wrote on X: ‘Ofc they’re not gonna show Jordan and Trish being besties again… what a joke,’ while another added: ‘Jordan, Trish and Henry getting the villain edit today.’
A third penned: ‘JORDAN AND TRISH GETTING TERRIBLE EDITS TONIGHT. GOD WHY.’
One irate fan shared: ‘I knew the producers would manipulate that Jordan and Trish exchange. For those who didn’t watch the live feed, it was resolved within minutes and they were completely fine after. The editors did them both dirty there.’
‘Wish people had seen how quickly and easily Jordan and Trish resolved that on the live, they’re best friends who are so comfortable with each other they can call each other out, without any detriment to their friendship,’ one added.
A viewer also posted: ‘At the end of the day Jordan and Trish are friends, he didn’t appreciate what she had said, he brought her up on it, she apologised, they resolved it and hugged after, it’s not as big an issue as everyone’s making it out to be.’
Still pals: However, fans who watched the live feed on Wednesday night noted that the pair made up just minutes later
Irate: Fans took to social media to note that a major part of Jordan and Trish’s tiff had been overlook, leading casual viewers to think that a feud was brewing
‘The editing was FOUL tonight!! So they missed out Henry then listening quietly for an hour to Noky and Trish and educating himself? The Trish and Jordan argument was resolved within like 2 minutes after?? Matty and Jordan were fine on live!’
Earlier in the episode, viewers also saw Jordan and Matty involved in another clash, and while the pair did talk things through, the highlights failed to include the moment they discussed the matter privately in the storeroom.
It comes just hours before another double eviction is set to take place, with Chanelle and Trish, Olivia, Noky and Jenkin up for the public vote.
Any two of them will be evicted from the house on Friday’s episode and the pair of them will them immediately be interviewed by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best on Big Brother Late and Live.
Friday’s episode will also see housemates will dress as chickens to win a Nando’s-inspired meal.
Big Brother: Live Eviction airs tonight at 9pm on ITV1, ITV2 and ITVX.
