Emmerdale fans were left stunned after an iconic star was spotted DJing at The Garden Bar in Chorlton, Manchester this week.
He looked worlds away from his bad boy persona while taking to the decks in a stylish jacket and clear perspex glasses.
Despite being one of Emmerdale’s most famous faces, he appeared to go unrecognised by the majority of the crowd.
The actor, who has appeared in the ITV soap since 2000, is no stranger to DJing and previously hosted a radio show in his hometown of Oldham.
After one fan shared a clip of his perfomance to TikTok, followers rushed to the comments, hoping his new gig meant he had not quit Emmerdale.
But can you guess who it is?
Soap fans were left stunned after an iconic star was spotted DJing at a busy Manchester bar this week – but can you guess who it is?
Of course, its none other than Jeff Hordley who plays Emmerdale icon Caine Dingle.
Fans gushed: ‘Bet no one is brave enough to ask him to play a request’: ‘He’s been DJing for years’: ‘Side hustle?’: ‘Love Cain, he is Emmerdale’: ‘Hope he hasn’t left Emmerdale’: ‘love cain dingle amazing actor’: ‘He was a dj long before becoming an actor’.
Emmerdale fans are facing a major shock in an upcoming episode of the show, which will see TWO icons depart from the village unexpectedly.
After being held hostage by a stolen SWORD, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) and Robert Sudgen (Ryan Hawey) decide that they need to leave the village.
As viewers are all too aware, the pair’s rekindled relationship has recently been threatened by Robert’s secret ex-husband, Kev Townsend.
The pair were held up by Kev, alongside Liam Cavanagh, after Kev discovered that the pair were secretly together again – and that Robert had lied about the nature of their relationship.
While the sword was designed to petrify the trio, it did not work entirely and Aaron proceeded to stand up to Kevin and accuse him of putting on a façade.
Unlike Aaron and Robert, Kev’s character – portrayed by Chris Coghill – is a more recent addition to the village and viewers were introduced to Robert’s secret ex-husband earlier this year.

After the altercation, Kev finally seems to accept that his ex-husband, who he met in prison, will never want to be with him again.
Prison haunts Robert throughout the episode and after being threatened with the sword, he admits that he has been left in a state of fear and panic because he also felt like his life was under threat while behind bars.
In case your memory needs refreshing, Robert ended up in prison back in 2019 after murdering his sister’s rapist, Lee Posner.
But he returned to the show earlier this year and announced that he was back ‘for good’ so it is unlikely that his absence from the village will be a long one.
Ryan, the actor behind the iconic character, said he was convinced to return to the show by his co-star and has actually relocated back to the UK for the role.
He told The Mirror: ‘Recently, while I was living in Brazil with my family, where we had been for the past year, Danny texted to see how I would feel.
‘We’ve always kept in touch, and after a lot of thought, I told him, “Yeah, I am up for it”, I then got a call swiftly from the producers, and it went from there.
‘The timing felt right for us to not only move back to Britain, but also for me to come back to Britain. Enough time has passed.’
