Carrie Bickmore has revealed the secret injury she hid during her Melbourne comedy roast on Tuesday where she appeared as the guest of honour to be affectionately mocked by her famous friends.
The radio host, 44, shared photos of the hilarious event to her Instagram just hours later, showing off the saucy red gown she slipped her figure into for the occasion.
But followers were left stunned when she then zoomed in on one of the images to show her very swollen big toe which she had ‘shoved’ into a heel.
‘Look how swollen my injured big toe is!’ she captioned the close-up picture as she circled her engorged and red toe almost hanging over the edged of her gold strappy heel.
‘Still shoved it in a heel though,’ she added.
It’s unclear how Carrie injured her big toe, though it could be due to older injuries flaring up.

The Hit Network star recently suffered through losing two toenails after she competed in a gruelling half-marathon along The Great Wall of China.
She shared images of her feet to Instagram following the race, which showed the ordeal had not been kind to her toes.
‘Try not to get turned on,’ she joked as she shared a close-up photo of them.
‘Between losing two toenails post China marathon and how enormous my big toes are, I really should start an OnlyFans account.’
The injury she suffered during her Melbourne roast could also be a flare-up from an old accident she suffered in Byron Bay 12 years ago.
At the time, she required 15 stitches in the appendage after she stepped on a sharp rock at the beach.
She showed off the gruesome cut on The Project in 2012 while she was still a host on the Channel 10 show, and it appeared to cover a large portion of her big toe.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Carrie for further comment.

Carried posed up a storm during her comedy roast this week, putting on a jaw-dropping display as she donned a stunning red gown for the occasion.
Her dress showed off some skin thanks to slashes across the midriff and bust.
Among the stars piling on the friendly insults was her rumoured lover and radio co-star Tommy Little.
Carrie sat upon a throne in one image shared online, with Tommy, 40, by her side as she put her trim pins on display in the gown’s very high thigh split.
The TV star also gave her fans a glimpse at the process of getting glammed up for the event, with her blonde locks being elegantly styled and parted in the middle.
She looked to be in great spirits as she took to the stage at the Comedy Theatre while her A-List friends, including Dave Hughes and Dr Chris Brown, cheekily made fun of her.
The comedy night was hosted by Carrie’s Fox FM co-host Tommy, who made some cheeky comments about his rumoured love interest in front of hundreds of fans.
‘Thank you for being part of it! Obviously, we are about to say horrible things about each other,’ Tommy told the crowd.

Carrie later reflected on the night in a Fox FM interview and revealed what was the most surprising part about the night: ‘I thought Bev Killick was going to p**s onstage.
‘I was so stressed we were going to have to use the mat to mop her up! I am just relieved we got through it without her peeing on stage!’
Host Tommy Little added: ‘My jokes were all based in fact… unlike all the STI jokes!’
He said the night was full of unexpected twists and turns such as when fellow comedian Bev twerked on him on stage and made very suggestive movements, causing Carrie to believe the comedian would lose bladder control.
‘In my plans for the night, if someone had said, “Do you reckon there is a moment where Bev will be grinding on you?” I would have said it won’t happen. And it happened,’ Tommy said.
