Samantha Armytage took to social media on Monday with a highly relatable post involving a common domestic blunder – and revealed a twist to her image as a style queen.
‘How’s your day going?’ the 49-year-old Golden Bachelor said in a caption, which showed a photo of a shattered six-pack of beer on the concrete deck of a parking garage.
The television host added: ‘Summer off to a good start.’Â
Samantha shared a second slide showing a trio of bottles of the boutique drop that had ‘survived’ the accident.
‘I managed to save three – that’s a 50 per cent success rate,’ Samantha joked in the Instagram Story.
The TV star, who is often photographed at swanky ‘champagne’ A-list events like Derby Day, also shared that she downed a beer after her unfortunate mishap, which left her with a slight injury.

‘And yes: this mess gets three slides in Stories,’ Samantha said in a photo showing herself sporting a pair of flip flops.
She continued: ‘I have glass in my foot. And now I’m going to have a beer. But not one of those frothy ones off the ground.’
It comes after the former Sunrise host recently made a surprising admission following her split from husband Richard Lavender.
Samantha, who announced her separation from the equestrian businessman at the end of last year, appeared on The Jess Rowe Big Talk Show in October, where she was asked if she thought she would find love again.
‘Of course I’ll find love again,’ Sam said, bursting out into fits of laughter.
‘I mean, I’m keeping my options open,’ she cheekily added.
She continued to assure fans, saying: ‘I am fine. Don’t worry about me, I’m having fun as always.’
The Nine star went on to hint that, while she knows she’ll get back on the horse, she will be picky with the men she dates in the future.

Samantha and the Golden Bachelor Barry ‘Bear’ Myrden have been at the centre of swirling romance rumours ever since they attended the Logies earlier this year.
Fans flooded social media in droves after noticing ‘chemistry’ between Bear, 61, and Sam in the debut episode of The Golden Bachelor.
Some watching at home even joked that Sam would have liked to keep a rose for herself.
‘I’ve read enough reality dating romances to know that the best ones are where the star falls for the host/crew member… so I wouldn’t be mad about Bear and Sam…’ wrote one person on X.
‘I feel like Sam Armytage and Bear would make a good couple!’ said another.
‘When they realise Sam Armytage has cut all their grass with Bear,’ someone else joked, alongside a gif of a brawl.
‘Samantha Armytage and Bear have a lot of chemistry and he probably prefers her the most… I wonder if they got together or are together?’ one more commented.
Bear attended the Golden Bachelor premiere in Sydney last month, where he couldn’t help but gush about his co-star in an exclusive interview with Daily Mail.
‘She was sensational. She was great,’ he said of Samantha’s time hosting the inaugural season.
However, when asked about all of the rumours regarding his relationship with the TV star, he was quick to put them to bed.
‘Yeah, well, that’s to be expected,’ he said of the speculation, adding: ‘Let’s just say they are rumours.’
