Amy Schumer Flaunts Weight Loss in Mini-Dress Amid Divorce Rumors

Amy Schumer showcased her substantial weight loss – courtesy of Mounjaro – and ditched her wedding ring while posing for the ‘gram last Saturday.

The 44-year-old comedian is the skinniest she’s looked in decades thanks to the trendy GLP-1 agonist drug she began taking earlier this year to shrink her 5ft7in frame.

Schumer looked leggy in a cleavage-boosting, beige Valentino mini-dress featuring a strip of ruffles and bows with black sling-back pumps selected by stylist Brenda Tolentino.

The Midi Health investor – who underwent liposuction in 2022 – got a facial by Georgia Louise before enlisting make-up artist Gita Bass to fully contour her newly-snatched complexion.

Hairstylist Jae Manuel Cardenas coiffed Schumer’s signature blonde mane for the home photo shoot.

Joining the Emmy-winning producer on the staircase of her Manhattan home was her six-year-old son Gene Fischer, whose face was concealed with emojis.

Schumer – who boasts 16.5 million social media followers – captioned her Instagram slideshow: ‘Trying to go to the party but someone won’t go to bed.’

Noticeably missing was the native New Yorker’s elusive husband of seven years, Chris Fischer.

‘Amy is 100 percent getting divorced. She got skinny, she is over it,’ a close friend claimed to the Daily Mail on November 13.

‘Chris is mostly out of the house at this point. They’ve listed two homes now, in Brooklyn and New Orleans. She deleted Chris from Instagram then deleted everything else. She’s going to file soon, but it’s over. Done.’

Shortly before wiping her Instagram account, Schumer had Instastoried that ‘Chris and I are still married’ while praising Hulu’s new show about divorce attorneys, All’s Fair – according to People.

The Room to Move producer originally met the 45-year-old chef – who has Asperger’s Syndrome – through her personal assistant (his sister) just five months before they tied the knot.

Schumer and Fischer enlist a nanny called Jane and they have three frozen embryos to eventually provide a sibling, via surrogate, for little Gene.

Following a ‘horrible experience’ being bedridden on Ozempic in 2022, the Kinda Pregnant producer-star gushed on April 9: ‘I’m loving being on Mounjaro and I haven’t found that it’s affected anything [side effects wise].’

The FDA has only approved three GLP-1 drugs specifically for weight loss – the semaglutide Wegovy, the liraglutide Saxenda and the tirzepatide Zepbound – and the rest are specifically for patients suffering from type 2 diabetes.

Celebrities who’ve admitted to taking the diabetic injectables include Oprah Winfrey, Kathy Bates, Kelly Clarkson, Whoopi Goldberg, Serena Williams, Meghan Trainor, Elon Musk, Rebel Wilson, Chelsea Handler, Amy Schumer, Sharon Osbourne and Tori Spelling.

Schumer will next serve producing and script editing duties on Yadin Gellman’s rom-com Now More Than Ever about an Israeli wounded soldier who become a national ‘poster boy’ following the October 7, 2024 Hamas attack and goes on a hasbara journey to New York.

The Love Island US guest star – who’s a notorious joke stealer – originally got her start in 2007 coming in fourth place on the fifth season of NBC’s Last Comic Standing.

Schumer is also the second cousin of Senator Chuck Schumer.
